Supicha Pool Access Hotel Reviews

We requested a quiet room and we got it. Thank you for that perfect service and the early checkin. The swimming pool was very nice and you have access from any room. The water is very warm and comfortable. The room, bed and shower cabin was very clean and everything was working. AC is quiet also and the air direction to the room not to the bed. The breakfast was better than other hotels. Additionally had cold Matcha Tea, Thai Tea and Cold Milk Coffee. The breakfast area was outside with some air from swimming pool and a nice view to the lake nearby. We enjoyed unfortunately only one night because other days were fully booked. I love this hotel, old school feeling with the room especially with the toilet aesthetics, and the pool access facing the sunset and having natural wind flowing thru...perfect! The only thing is that the passage way is open and when you have ppl staying there and they come back late at night drunk, you can hear them talking loudly as they walk hahahah but I guess it happened only during my stay though... Nevertheless, I would gladly stay here again...Thank you!

Enjoyed the pool and food, helpful staff.

A bit disappointing, it says in the trip.com site that extra bed is free of charge for children 9 yrs below but still got charge by the hotel. Before arrival, I have rang the hotel and ask for the child policy and was advised that it is free of charge as well. When I arrived at the hotel, the same person who spoke to me over the phone was the one who ask for extra charge. Its not about the money, its about what is advertise in the site. It this has been explain carefully, this isn't make any issue.

Nice place and good breakfast

The room is average in size. But everything is already old. The soul splashes in different directions. Breakfast and lobby are outdoors. Breakfast is hot. The air conditioners in the room are old and blow on the bed. In the morning you wake up with a cold.

1. There are no commercial facilities around the hotel, and it is still five or six kilometers away from the Frog Night Market; 2. Most of the tourists come to this hotel, so there are many buses parked at the door at one or two o'clock in the morning, which is very noisy; 3. This hotel divides Chinese and Europeans into different areas, and all the accommodations for Europeans and Americans are arranged inside, while the accommodations for Chinese are all arranged on the street, so it is very noisy when sleeping at night; 4. This hotel has only one bright spot, the balcony is directly connected to the swimming pool, so you can decide for yourself. I chose this hotel because it is close to the Royal Pier, but I still regret it. 5. Hygiene: The room was still being cleaned after we checked in, and the sheets were not changed. We used disposable sheets

The service staff is very good. The rooms are spotless. I really love the bathroom. The pool is big.

Unique, balcony directly leads to the swimming pool

The hotel service is very good and I give it 5 stars. The environment is also good. There are not many people staying quietly. It is suitable for socially afraid families. The hotel equipment is a bit old, and you must take a taxi or rent a car for transportation. 5 stars for this price

It's just a fast hotel
