Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. The girl at the front desk, Namtarn, speaks English and will recommend things to do. She set us up with a taxi driver for the day, 2700 BHT. Pool is about 5+ feet deep and small children’s pool. Our room had a patio facing the pool. Property is clean, rooms cleaned daily. Very comfortable beds and excellent Wi-Fi. Breakfast is very good with a variety of choices including freshly prepared omelettes, eggs, two choices of meat(only thing I didn’t care for), usually two different Thai dishes and rice, a small salad bar, one type of potato which changes daily including french fries which are Yum, fruit and dessert. Best Americano coffee!!! Great restaurant for lunch and dinner too! Ended up staying here for 14 days of 28 day trip. Every kind of shop, restaurant and Kata market are nearby. Some rooms not by pool are a bit smaller n more affordable. Staff always smiling!!! Go left out of the resort and around the corner on the other side of the street is a great tour operator. Beach is a 10-15 minute walk but tuk-tuk or taxi is less than US $9. We found this cheaper than renting a car. Bus service nearby too. 100 BHT per person to airport.

The hotel is very cool, all in greenery, a beautiful swimming pool with a relaxation area on the grass, very pleasing to the eye, but there is a huge minus in this greenery in the form of the animal world, our neighbors were geckos, one of them managed to get into the room, it was scary to sleep, but everything worked out. Not far from the hotel there are bike rentals and car rentals. The only thing is that the walk to the beach is very inconvenient and far away because of the hotels on the first line, which block direct access to the beach, you have to go around. It's a short walk to the night market, about 10 minutes. The nearest 7/11 is across the street. If it's raining outside, an umbrella will be provided at the reception.

Facilities: The public area swimming pool and villa area rooms are newly built and feel okay But when we checked in, we found out that the room we booked was an old room, like a hotel room. A wonderful hotel in its price category. There was a deluxe room with a balcony. The room size is sufficient for two. Cleaning daily. Replacement of towels (beach, bath, hand, foot and napkins), two bottles of water, tea bags, coffee were reported regularly if we used them. In the toilet room the stated equipment and shampoo and soap were updated. Hairdryer, safe (there will be a separate description about the safe below). The room has a mini refrigerator, kettle, tea set for two. There is a door to the kitchenette. Sink, table. But our friends’ kitchen was equipped with a stove and dishes, but ours was not. But because We didn't need it, other than the sink, it was left unattended. There should be bedside lamps in the room, we didn't have them (others did). Our room was the farthest one in the row, maybe that’s the reason. A vast, fairly green internal area, with a small pool and, it seems, 6-7 sets of sun loungers with umbrellas. We used it once. Of course, there is a possibility that we made a mistake when closing. We asked the staff for help. A girl came with special keys but couldn’t open it. I called for help, but two girls couldn’t open it. The owner came - not the owner of the hotel, but like a senior or manager. Three years ago he installed safes (in his words). And I couldn't open it either. It's the middle of the day, and we leave in the evening. The employees took a drastic step. We moved the safe to the household. zone and with the help of a grinder, a chisel, and a sledgehammer, we opened the back wall. Of course, we felt guilty, maybe we had mixed up the code, but the hotel staff always opened the safe in such cases. And we must give them their due, and our respect - they did not demand anything from us. Decent attitude. Thank you. Some of the downsides: - the water in the washbasin drained very poorly. Everything was fine in the shower and toilet, but the drain at the washbasin was clogged. If it didn’t bother the staff when cleaning, then we didn’t complain. We used the kitchen sink to wash fruits etc. - The tulle on the glass doors is certainly more dirty than acceptable. - the most significant minus is the breakfast schedule. 8=30 - 10=30. If you come to the opening, it’s a little annoying to queue to make toast and wait for an omelet. I would like to come to the sea earlier, because... After 11 the heat is already scorching. So it turned out that the best time for the beach overlaps with breakfast. We have adjusted a little. At 7 am we went to the sea to swim and returned at 10 for breakfast. I wish I could have spent another hour on the beach, but alas. And at the end of breakfast, not all food items are in abundance. I had to ask to report and wait. The main thing was reported, but not always the fruit. A trifle, but it’s unpleasant to be in the role of a beggar.

We rented the last available room in the building where the reception is. The room was on the second floor without a window. The stairs are very steep, the motion sensor to turn on the light is at the beginning of the corridor, by the time you get to the room it goes out and you have to open the door in the dark. The room has a large comfortable bed, but on the first night they forgot to put pillowcases on the pillows. The shower and toilet are combined, the drain on the floor does not work well, and the water is standing. The door to the toilet was constantly stuck. Breakfast is not very varied, but the taste is ok. It's bad that it starts at 8:30. But they made lunchboxes for us when we went on the excursion at 7:00. On the plus side, there is a nice clean pool, although it is small. 7eleven across the street. The location of the hotel is next to the main road, where there is public transport, many cafes, massage parlours, money exchangers and excursions.
