The Beach Heights Resort Reviews

I extended my stay in this hotel as per the location and the pool. For the price it was a really nice hotel, comfortable bed and pillow, access to gym and a good size pool. The location by kata beach and night market is ideal. It is also close to a place to rent motorbikes.

Much improvement here since my previous stay, specifically the internet connection and selection of TV channels. Beach Heights is now a very good value for your money!

Great location. Very clean and well equipped room. Professional and helpful staff.

The hotel are all good, very strategic place. Easy to find breakfast, dinner and lunch to eact but the deposit is too expensive until it cost 3000 baht ! Please next time make it lesser the deposit.

The location is very nice. It looks decent but facilities are a bit run down and could use some renovation. The shower keeps leaking water out of the shower head, the curtain did not cover enough area and the toilet roll holder doesn't seem to secure. The AC could use some cleaning as I felt like there was too much dusts. But overall it was pleasant.

Amazing place near Kata beach but far from Patong beach and Bangala road I enjoyed my staying there

Really enjoyed my stay The room was clean and tidy and the location was perfect for me. The reception were kind enough to print a couple of pages of an email for me at no cost. The room was made up daily and the hotel was never noisy. Hannah the cleaner done a fantastic job. Great Stay Thanks.

Good location and close to the beach and night market. Staff very friendly and comfortable rooms.

Swimming pool dirty. And the room floor are dirty too even they clean it.

Breakfast was ok. Not much selection and had mostly lunch food for breakfast like rice and chicken or noodles which I thought was a bit odd. Outside they have a burger spot that’s part of the hotel. I recommend trying one as they were pretty good burgers but maybe slightly expensive for Thailand. Housekeeping wasn’t very good as they would turn up around 3-4pm but by that time it was too late to clean the room as I would be getting ready to go out so that was a bit annoying. Overall was a decent place but could do with a little better overall service.

Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Amazing value in general.
