The hotel service is good, all the staff are polite, the hotel is opposite Surin Beach, the surrounding area is relatively quiet, suitable for vacation with children. The only drawback is the lack of Chinese service. We stayed for 5 nights, and only met a lady at the front desk who could speak Chinese for two days, but there was no problem communicating with the hotel app.

The service from check in to check out was smooth & the staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Special mention to Golf who made a lone single female traveller feel safe with his warm service. The room’s for a single person and is immaculate. The pool’s pretty. I did my yoga practice there. The beach is just across the road & the security stopped traffic to help me cross! Amazing! Surin beach’s not that long but is wide, abt 1km long but it’s flat and smooth, great for beach walks, clean waters if you wanna swim & sunset watching, stunning. Stalls line the road along the beach and they put out tables & chairs. Relaxing to eat there, good cheap Thai food. Outrigger’s highly recommended, location, service, room…everything was great.

Overall it's great!
Facilities: swimming pool, shower, restaurant, etc. are all complete
Hygiene: I booked a room with a swimming pool, and there were a lot of leaves falling inside and some things floating on it, which felt very dirty and I didn't go in; the water in the shower was also relatively dirty, and the shower head with a filter that I replaced turned yellow in a few minutes...
Environment: very beautiful, the green plants are very beautiful, and it is very close to the beach and very convenient
Service: very good! The Thai lady at the front desk is very beautiful, speaks very good Chinese, and the guy is also very enthusiastic. The breakfast is delicious
