Very good location, two beautiful beaches nearby, many delicious and inexpensive cafes. The room itself is very spacious. Good air conditioning. The repair needs cosmetics, but this does not bother you at all, especially if you know what Asia is and for what money you are checking in. There are two common balconies, you can dry your laundry. Quiet and cozy, daily cleaning, change of linen and towels every two days. Polite staff, we arrived at 2 am, there were no problems. Hi all! I would really like to share my review of this unique and wonderful place where I lived on Kata beach, and express my deep gratitude to the owners and staff of the hotel for the warm and friendly welcome.)
The location to the beach is very convenient - a 5-minute walk to the beach - this is very important on this coast, everything is nearby and it’s very quiet to live on this street!!!
The hotel area is my special love, everything is green, there are a lot of amazing plants and flowers, I always happily returned to my room. There are a lot of cats, they are all so kind and very curious, I got three of them by the end of the vacation, they always wanted to visit me)))
I really liked my room, it was spacious, the furniture seemed to be antique, everything was in Thai style, I always had a good rest and spent my free time in my room. A separate veranda with a table and chairs, where I had breakfast, drank tea with the cats in the evenings, there was also one exit to the balcony, where I could dry things, leave beach paraphernalia: a board, a rug, etc.
The room was cleaned every day, it was always very clean.
I read a lot of reviews before the trip, doubted and worried whether I made the right choice - absolutely right. I’m already planning that next time I’ll come here, I really love Kata beach, I’ll go surfing, by the way, it’s not far from one also very wonderful and picturesque beach, Nai Harn beach - I highly recommend it.
My mother also really wanted to go here: excellent cost of living, friendly staff, very cozy and somehow homely 💛☀️

My check-in was quick and no fuss at all, the staff were friendly & helpful. The room was simple and clean but very spacious. Wifi, TV and all electronics worked. There's even a minibar. I got the last room on the ground floor, which had a view of the mini fish pond and a porch/balcony. I also got greeted by their cat :)
The only thing that spooked me a little was a creaking sound that woke me up in the middle of the night; thought it was the cat sleeping my front porch and might have chair at first... went out to check at 5am there was no one. Unsure where the sound came from, but anyway, it didn't keep me up too much.
Overall, it's a decent place for a short stay and value for money. Forgot to take pics.
