hotel in a quieter part of the island. The hotel's equipment is older, but functional. Dedicated and willing staff. The dignity of the beach across the road. Beaches not maintained, but not very dirty. I can imagine going back.

We recently stayed at Pullman Karon for our anniversary for 17 nights, and overall, it was a very satisfying experience.
The staff were amazing! Everyone was friendly, smiling, and always eager to help. We were pleasantly surprised when we got upgraded to a junior suite for free, and the bed was beautifully decorated for our anniversary. Their attention to detail and customer service truly made our stay special.
Unfortunately, the room service food did not meet our expectations, and the same goes for the open international buffet. Although the selection was limited, the beef (steak) and fish barbecue were excellent.
The pool area had a very good and relaxing ambiance. The bar was great, and the bartenders were amazing, serving delicious drinks and French fries. However, there was construction in one of the buildings that created loud and disturbing noise, which was not mentioned at the time of booking. Thankfully, we couldn't hear it from our room.
Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. We expected more variety from a 5-star hotel.
Despite these minor issues, we were overall very satisfied with our stay. The exceptional service and thoughtful gestures made our anniversary celebration memorable.

Our best stay in Phuket. Its beach front hotel, Clean rooms & nice bed. Pullman has their app & you may chat the front desk for services & assistance. They reply quickly & very accommodating.
It's a big resort and well maintained.
We love it! Definitely will come back again.

Very nice and big hotel. We were there for 3 nights and we had a very happy stay.
We joined the fire show at the first night, that was amazing and there were 2 shows per week, one is on Friday, ie the day we joined.
The room is very nice and we booked a seaview room and we enjoyed the view very much. We took breakfast here, the food is ok but could be improved. The menu were not change too much during our stay. We also took a BBQ dinner at Sails. The food qualify was ok but could be improved. Prices is reasonable.
Hope to stay in here again and sure recommended friends to come

Fantastic resort that was 100% value for money. Large spacious rooms, which had comfortable beds and great aircon. A variety of swimming pools and bars that offered happy hour deals at different times. The staff were friendly and attentive. To top it all off, the breakfast offers good variety. Will definitely return to the Pullman when visiting Karon again.

It’s a very big resort with a few pools and facilities. Besides the building and rooms are a bit old, services are great and environment very suitable with kids and family .

Nice hotel with huge territory. There is green grass, beautiful plants and flowers everywhere what makes your stay very peaceful and pleasant. Breakfast was amazing with a pretty outdoor terrace next to the pool. The stuff is very helpful and polite. We had one issue and they solved it fast and professionally. The room is amazing, very stylish, light and spacious. It takes about 5 mins to go to the beach and 10 to the nearest night market. There are also many pools and sun beds on the territory. Had a good rest there and wish to come back again.

Very big hotel with 6 blocks and 3 swimming pools. There is a shuttle running around the blocks and also walkable around 5-10 mins.
The beach is at the rear gate and you need to walk about 5 minutes to the street markets.
The facilities are old and outdated. Aircon is noisy and TV is unclear. Restaurants are much more expensive than outside ones and tatse is normal.

Very large property with many facilities, many rooms across different buildings, my room in lotus building is quite dated.

I had a great time here! The room was spacious, had a lot of water bottles, had coffee and tea, and a great view. It was also close to the beach!!! The staff was nice and was always so helpful! I definitely recommend!!😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Good hotel, but not real Pullman and 5*!
Checkin took around an hour, in lobby without AC it’s problematic! Only 5* hotel out of 10 on the trip that asked to fill BS forms and wait long time!
More like 4*!
Location also pretty bad, can’t walk anywhere and no beach beds! But stuff is good and can help with drivers or carrying bags around
