The hotel location is good and convenient. Water from the faucet is not clean! The hardware parts of this hotel is not bad however the check in experience ruined the impression.
We are family in 4 with 2 young kids. We booked two rooms with two single beds for connecting two months ago and remarked in the booking.
We were arranged to two different rooms which separated by other rooms in between, requested single beds couldn't provide neither.
We understand the arrangement due the to availability though, the receptionist was not friendly and approachable. Her attitude and facial expressions is not welcoming to customers. Or she just treated Asian like this :(
Finally we were asked to pay for the upgrade and have no choice if want to stay the whole family together.

Coming from another hotel on the hill side of Phuket, I was looking for a central but an exclusive resort privacy near Patong beach area. I found exactly what I was looking for in R-Mar. You are basically at a walking distance to every hot spot in Patong, be it the beach or the famous walking streets. Whereas if you prefer relaxing in your privacy, you may perfectly do so protected from the outside within the compounds of R-Mar.
R-Mar has also a very nice SPA. Lovely people! Having had a marvelous boat tour to Phi Phi, Monkey Island, the Maya Beach the day before, I unfortunately returned with a terrible sunburn caused during hours of snorkeling without the sun cream (I was stupidly deceived by the all grey non sunny clouded sky). The Cozy SPA people basically saved my life with an aftersun soothing massage which was expertly applied to me by a lovely, sympathetic young lady, Choompoo. Once again, thanks a lot Choompoo! You have magical hands!

Resort at a good location in Patong. Walking distance to the beach, and shops and restaurants a short walk away. Nice to chill by the pool. They should however, invest in softer beds. This led to my back muscles becoming tight and requiring a massage. Avoid the massage services at the resort as they are over priced, and one can get better massages elsewhere. With exception of the hard beds and massage services, everything else was terrific.

They far exceeded our expectations! The location was quite isolated so we were far from the busy and noisy night life area, which is good! The hotel was walkable distance to Patong beach and the nearby mall. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast had such a wide spread everyday to cater to different guests. And their food was soooooo delicious!! š Love the live egg station!!! Room was quite spacious, clean and cosy too. Overall, my friends and I were very satisfied with our stay here and we definitely will come back to stay here again next time!! š

Lovely hotel! Pool area fantastic, lovely breakfast spread, rooms are big and spacious!
Only downside: noisy until 4am due to the nightclubs!

Itās an amazing hotel in a good location. Itās in a busy street but at the same time quite isolated from noise. Amazing swimming pool and surrounding areas.
The only minus can be noisy neighbors, you can hear them pretty well. And some mosquitoes in the room though we didnāt open the balcony.
But nevertheless we enjoyed our stay there.

Really clean and comfortable. 5minute walk to Bangla rd about 8minutes to the beach. Food and cocktails at the hotel was really good and the pool is fantastic. No issues with noise from the many clubs and bars in the near vicinity- would definitely book again when I come back to

Hotel location is perfect for both sea access and nightlife. Swimming pool gym nice and essential. Massage area also available.
Being so close to night area, it might get a little noisy sone nights. But acceptable overall. Rooms are nice higher than stnd. Food is good and service fast. Unfortunately the service at reception was really below standard. I was supposed to have a late check out and making the price deal with head manager on the day of check out. But they let the room being booked without advising me despite my recommendations and forced me to adjust my plan for the day carrying a luggage on my rented motorbike to a friendās house. If noticed I would have certainly book the whole day. Also cleaning on the first day was āmisunderstoodā somehow. I left four hours in the morning until mid afternoon with the signal please make up my room. Not successfully.

Hands down one of the best hotel in Patong! The hotel feels like a resort in a forest, giving the nature vibes. Location wise, it is quite remote from the busy streets of Patong, making it very quiet at night even though it is very near to Bangla Road. Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful & very accomodating. They gave the best hospitality ever. When my friends wanted a queen size bed instead of 2 single beds, the staff were willing to provide it for them. The facilities in the hotel are great too, with toothbrush, soap, shampoos & robes provided. Smoking is not allowed indoors or in rooms but you can smoke at the balcony. If I were to return back to Phuket, I will definitely book this hotel again!

Fabulous hotel with very friendly staff. We used the hotels airport transfer service which was quick, comfortable and very reasonably priced, 700 baht for 2 each way, under Ā£20 each way. Large modern rooms with free toiletries, 3 free mini bar soft drinks per day and 2 bottles of water each day. The bed was so big & comfortable, it was unbelievable. When we booked the hotel, I asked for a ground floor room IF possible, as I have limited mobility at times and on arrival we were told that we had been given a free upgrade to a superior room from a deluxe. Nothing too much trouble for the staff.
Breakfast is a buffet style with tea, coffee, 2 different fruit juices, toast, cereals, hot food such as rice and other dishes, salad, cheese, ham and an egg station where your eggs are cooked, however you want them, while you wait.
The pool is fantastic with a separate childrenās pool which is in view of the large pool. Pool towels are available at either the pool bar or we picked ours up at breakfast. Not a huge amount of sun beds, but we managed to get 2 every day. Te pool bar is great too. There isnāt always a member of staff there but look for the button to ring for attention or go to the restaurant to order and the staff will bring it out to you at the pool.
We ate in the restaurant a few times and the food is very reasonably priced and of a good and consistent quality. All our food and drinks were charged to the room but you can pay as you go.
The hotel is situated about 5/7 minutes walk from Bangla Road but it is so peaceful and tranquil, even at night.
