Excellent service! The people at the front desk struggled speaking in English other than that the food and service was very good.

Rooms: level 4 rooms that were newly renovated are ok. But level 3 rooms are old and not well maintained. We stayed in level upon checked in but we changed a room due to a blocked sink. Following nights were horrible. Dark and old rooms. Air con was not cold and we were sweating at night. Was hearing some animals crawling and digging noise from the ceiling in the middle of night. Couldn’t sleep and were terrified. There are many more better hotel than this. Disappointed at the staff that did not offer to change our room upon hearing the mid night noises.

This was such a great hotel. It was clean and very convenient to our travel plans. We would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Phuket.

Lives up to its 3 star rating, offering a gym, restaurant and spa. Sino House is about 300m from a shopping plaza which contains the 'Pint Factory', and would be just 500m from Old Town tourist streets. Standard double rooms are as advertised, about 32m2 with king bed, refrigerator, sofa, table, and plenty of wardrobe space. Bed is comfortable. There are sockets either side, including usb ports, and lighting controls. The bathroom (shower) is separated from the toilet, and the vanity mirror and wash basin occupies a space adjacent to the ensuite bathroom. There is a single elevator that services only the 5 floors, so fast access isn't usually a problem. The service is good here. I requested a room change because the aircon was ineffective and they granted the request immediately. Overall a decent mid range accommodation choice for Phuket Old Town.

I always choose this hotel when I visited to Phuket and especially!! there are a counter, plates, microwave, spoon and fork that so convenient like at my house. ^^ love it❤️👍

Location is great...right out of the old town but still very close to walk anywhere. Clean place with fun character...would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone.

Good location in Phuket town by the main road easy way to walking around opposite hotel there is 7/11 and very close to shopping mall in a few minutes walking distance.

It is a comfortable room, good atmosphere, in the heart of Phuket city. Suitable for relaxation

The Chino Suite I booked has a large living room and two air conditioners. The location of the hotel is really convenient. It is a few blocks away from Phuket Old Street. There is another one nearby. The atmosphere is very good. Go downstairs and cross the road. The 711 is so convenient. There is a shopping mall nearby with food. I will stay there next time. It is cost-effective. I didn’t take a picture of the room but as shown on the introduction page, there is no difference. The attitude of the front desk lady is also very good.

The hotel has 5 floors, an elevator, and a fitness center on the 5th floor, which is the rooftop of the hotel. There is parking, no swimming pool. The price is very affordable. strength 1. There is a family room. Divide bedroom zones Kitchen zone + dining table The bathroom zone is wide and clean. There is a water heater, hair dryer, and a walk in closet. You can get dressed in the bathroom. 2. The school is in the city center. Near the old city tourist attractions There is a convenience store in front of the school. 3. Reserve a room with breakfast. There are 9 menus to choose from as shown in the picture. The housekeeper brought it to serve for you to eat in your room, so it was very convenient. After eating, you can go on a trip. I've tried both stir-fried soy sauce and soy sauce. Garlic chicken rice, chicken porridge, sausage fried rice and pan-fried egg All taste good. There is fruit such as pineapple and 2 glasses of water. You can choose between orange juice, water, fresh milk or black coffee. weakness 1. The fitness center has treadmills, bicycles, and elliptical machines. But I can't exercise. Because there is no air conditioning The weather is so hot, you'll faint. 2. There is 1 elevator. Stayed for 3 nights. The 3rd night the elevator broke. An elderly person, almost 80 years old, had to walk up the stairs to the 4th floor by himself. almost fainted 3. There is no Bellboy, you have to carry your luggage up and down the room yourself. Families with young children and the elderly will be slightly inconvenienced. 4. Complete facilities: kettle, refrigerator, air conditioner, TV, water heater, hair dryer, minibar, tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks, no extra charge from the room price.

I really like this place. The room is large and the environment is good. The front desk is also very cute. There is a coffee shop downstairs but no massage parlor. The 712 is opposite the hotel. It is very convenient. I will choose here again next time I come.

Good location, can walk to old town. The bed is good and there's a small minibar included, but there are drawbacks. 1. The air conditioner is loud. 2. The floor, ceiling, and walls of the room are not soundproof at all. The first night, there was a loud noise from the upstairs where the banquet hall was. The hotel did not notify in advance... causing loud noises to be heard. It's the sound of high heels. Walking around all the time (multiple sounds because of walking around in the manner of people at a party) and the sound of loud music emanating as well. When I called and asked the staff what room above was because the noise is very loud (I was suspicious at first) When the employee informed me that it was a banquet room, oh!! Asked to change rooms, couldn't change because they said all rooms were full. The second night, there was no party. But unfortunately I encountered guests opening and closing the room door very loudly. I don't know if it was one room or many rooms because it was loud for several hours. From midnight until 3 am, I couldn't sleep. It was so loud that the walls of the room shook. In the morning it rang again from 6 am. In conclusion, I didn't sleep well that night.

The room was average but the service was very good. Because I had other plans, I stored my luggage more than a week in advance. The hotel staff also helped to solve the problem properly. I will go there again if I have the opportunity. In addition, the breakfast in the hotel is quite good and delicious😋
