The location is excellent, just about 100m from the beach, and there's a 7-Eleven right next door with delicious restaurants. There's even a massage place right at the entrance. It's very safe and has a swimming pool. When I lost my watch, a staff member messaged me to come back and get it. The front desk offers free luggage storage, and the room has a separate shower and toilet area, plus a bathtub, making showering very convenient. Storage space is also great, and they provide free bottled water. I'll definitely come back next time!

Everything was great! It's a three-minute walk to the beach, and everything you need is nearby. The breakfasts were decent, and it completely met our expectations. Good value for money, a worthy hotel for a stopover. When we booked, we mentioned it was our honeymoon, and they decorated the bed for us – very sweet! :)

The room wasn't particularly big. I arrived at 1 AM, and the handsome guy at the front desk was very friendly and enthusiastically showed me to my room, giving me a detailed introduction. The ladies at check-out were also very warm and spoke excellent Chinese. Overall, the hotel is small but charming, and the location is fantastic. There's a food court right outside with delicious food, and Kata Beach is just a 2-minute walk straight ahead. Right outside the hotel is also the starting station for buses to Phuket Town. Highly recommended, I'll definitely come again next time. The mattress was also very comfortable. The water quality was good, no need to bring a shower filter. I showered 4 times and didn't get a tan!

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any issues immediately. Bella, Patty, and Ice were all wonderful, and they even gave us a small gift when we checked out. The hotel location is convenient, less than a five-minute walk to the beach. We highly recommend Kiri Restaurant downstairs – we ate there every day! The nearby Champa massage place is also very comfortable and affordable. We'll definitely stay here again next time! 👍

Clean and hygienic, with a very Instagrammable decor. Most importantly, the location is superb – just a straight 3-5 minute walk to the beach, which was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay with our parents and children.

Room: We booked a family room, and the photos showed one king-size bed and two single beds, but upon arrival, we were given two king-size beds. The family room was in the middle of the pool area, a unique room accessed via stairs. The decor was very old. The website stated the hotel was renovated in 2025, but the room's decor looked like it hadn't been updated in at least 15 years. The room's decor was outdated, and the hygiene wasn't great – there were used cotton swabs in the table cracks 😥. The bathroom was very old, with no space to put even a small bottle of conditioner in the shower area, and nowhere to hang clothes. The hairdryer was broken and needed to be replaced. Seriously consider this before choosing. We asked the staff to change rooms, but we could only do so the next day. By the next day, it was already late, and we didn't want the hassle, but after seeing the connecting room, the decor and environment were much better than the family room, and it had two bathrooms. We finally switched, and it felt much better, plus it had a balcony for drying clothes. Breakfast: Breakfast was decent, not many options, but enough to eat. The dining area was large, just no air conditioning. Staff: The hotel's facilities were average, but the staff tried their best to meet our requests. Location: One minute walk outside, there's a massage parlor for 300 baht. Two minutes walk, there's a small night market. Overall: The pictures look pretty good, but realistically, you should discount them by about 30%. Also, a big thank you to Trip.com customer service. Due to a fire alarm isolation at the hotel, breakfast couldn't be provided, and Trip.com helped arrange a partial refund.

Very good hotel! We stayed for a week. Spacious room with all amenities. The only downside was our small balcony, but that's minor. The room was fresh. Varied breakfasts with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Quiet location and close to the beach.

We've stayed at this hotel before, but as part of a package tour. This time we came to Phuket and booked independently for 2 days, as the hotel is incredibly well-located! All the shops, restaurants, and most importantly, the beach, are within walking distance. It's right in the heart of Kata! 🤟🔥 For the price, we got a good, spacious, clean room, and there's even a free mini-bar! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel 🌸

We stayed here a few years ago. This time, we booked a package deal in Surin and decided to book a room for one night with my son. Now, it's a run-down, old hotel. The sofa was so dirty, I was afraid to sit on it. The staff looked exhausted, and so on... There are much better hotels available for the same price.

Excellent area of Kata, the hotel's location within it is perfect. A stylish, small, and cozy hotel. Breakfast at the neighboring restaurant is 👍 quite good, everything you need is there. All necessities are right nearby: currency exchange, shops, a market, and massage parlors. The cool pool is ideal in the heat. The beach is a 3-minute walk – a straight path right opposite the hotel. Highly recommend! I would definitely come back again.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, and the lobby and pool area are very stylish. The room has everything you need, plus pool towels, flip-flops, and a beach mat (a big thank you for that last one!). Upon check-in, whatever is in the fridge is a complimentary gift (soft drinks). However, the hairdryer is quite weak; it's practically impossible to dry your hair with it. The hotel is located on a lively street in the Kata area, with everything you could need nearby: restaurants, shops, a market, and currency exchange booths everywhere. The beach is only about a 4-minute walk away. If you want a vacation where everything is right on your doorstep and you don't mind crowds of Russian tourists, this place is 10/10. I personally felt like I was in Anapa, which isn't really my preference. (But that's not the hotel's fault).

I went to the wrong hotel, but luckily I could stay here without having to switch again, and I even got an upgrade to a pool-view room! The service was good, and the breakfast had plenty of choices. Most importantly, the price wasn't expensive.

Very near beach. Location is awesome. But the room is not clean. There was smell on a sheet. Lucky that I stay only one day.
