Rawai Private Villas - Pools and Garden Reviews

The villa was just as described and the photos were accurate. It was a great stay and my family enjoyed ourselves very much, the kids love the private pool especially. Location is a bit out of the way, but no issues for us as we had our own transport. No food or shops nearby, so best to be prepared and stocked up. We used Grab Food for some of our meals and that was super convenient. Delivery personnel never had problems finding our villa during our stay. Parking space is a little bit squeezy along the small road outside the villa. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We did had an issue one night when the water pump at our villa failed and we had no running water for that night. Facility engineer was only available during working hours and we had to wait until next morning when one was sent to our villa to fix the issue. The engineer was very knowledgeable and managed to fix the issue in less than 30 minutes. Other than that it was a great stay, one that I will very much like to stay again. Thank you to all the staff who had supported us during our stay.

The place is so calm and amazing, private, safe, calm, but it's a bit far away from some attractions, you get 2 bicycles for a Villa, but you could hardly have them if the property is full booked or at high occupancy, however, Overall the Villas are a very calm place to stay

Although the property provides everything that is essential, the furniture and contents are a bit worn out. The interior looks a bit gloomy. The air-conditioning is excellent. However the water in the bathroom is very weak. The hot water is not hot enough especially at night time when we come back from outside and we want to take a hot shower before going to bed.

The happiest villa I stayed in during this trip to Thailand, clean and tidy, the service staff was also very enthusiastic, the children really liked the swimming pool and a cat that often came to visit. The downside is that the place is not easy to find, you need to be patient, and it is a little far from the beach.

There were five of us at the villa. Everything was perfect, except for the lack of a beach nearby and access to the villa through local streets. But this is Thailand, so sabai-sabai. We rented a car, so we drove around all the beaches. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, there is a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board and a hair dryer. The pool was cleaned every day, cleaning - 2 times a week. The deposit was returned without any problems, although the departure was at night. In general, we liked everything.

It's very beautiful and convenient for swimming. Three generations of my family had a great time. It's just that you have to walk a distance to go to the supermarket and eat. It's not suitable for elderly people who are not convenient to walk. There are many mosquitoes and no mosquito repellent. You have to buy mosquito coils or sprays yourself.

Very good hotel, great hotel, hope everyone comes! The hotel is full of mosquitoes, which are so exaggerated that they can kill you. The hotel has no paper towels, and there is no paper towel for 2000 a night. The place is very remote! There is nothing around! You have to walk a long way to find someone. There is no front desk! No customer service! Check-in is troublesome! The air conditioning in the hotel is terrible! It is out of order! It makes strange noises at night! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

The villa fully met my expectations, it was clean and cozy. Four bathrooms, three showers, three bedrooms.

The location of the room is a little bit off, but the price/performance ratio is high. The room is also relatively clean. Someone cleans it every day. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and they also help with washing dishes. The service is good. But the lighting in the hall is darker at night. There is also no lock on the garden gate. The staff said there is no need to lock it, but we still bought the lock ourselves. Convenient to go to Rawai Seafood Market.
