Excellent Guesthouse on Kata
It is closer to Karon
Which is convenient.
Important: only end rooms have windows. The rest are without windows
I lived in the end room. On the third floor
Excellent. There is a cafe downstairs. Delicious breakfasts. Convenient.
It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Kata Beach.
To Karon it takes 10-15 minutes.
This is a budget Guesthouse for 1000 rubles per day. But for its money it is good.

I really want to call. There is no receptionist to receive phone calls at all. And the hotel accommodation prices do not match the Trip app. Book in advance and get a discount. And it's still more expensive. Make a reservation in front of the hotel counter again. The air conditioner should be updated. It took almost 10 minutes to adjust the temperature with the remote. As for the room, it's clean but it smells like no one has been staying for a long time. Thank you.
