Pros: Price. The hotel is in good condition. The bed is comfortable and large in size. The room is clean. Every day they bring a bottle of water per person, during cleaning they add new shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, coffee and sugar. The room has a kettle, air conditioning, refrigerator, wardrobe, clothes dryer, TV (the latter was not used, I don’t know if it works). WiFi works great, if it stops connecting, ask the hotel owner for a new password. Near the hotel there are places where they cook for locals - cheap and very tasty. There is a minibar with snacks, drinks, etc. in the room. It's 7eleven minutes away. There is a washing machine in the parking lot - washing costs 30 baht, gel can be bought at the hotel for 10 baht. In the mornings, you open the balcony and there are birds singing and silence all around. There is a sink on the balcony. Minuses: The water heater did not work, but the water was warm without it. The location of the hotel is normal for a person with transport; without it, you won’t be able to get anywhere, there are no stops nearby, so we booked this place with the expectation that we would rent a scooter. You can get to the center in 7-10 minutes. It takes 30-40 minutes to get to the beaches by scooter, depending on traffic. The hotel itself is in a very quiet area, but the air conditioning and refrigerator are noisy, so we had to wear earplugs to fall asleep.
