Love the vibes of this hotel. Second time staying here. The rooms are big n the view from the room is breathtaking… the pool the staff all 5star. Feel wellcomed here

Beautiful resort. Amazing view on the sea. Adult pool. Staff was nice. Jacuzzi's water was dirty (even after fulfilling/emptying 4 times..). That's bad. TV remote control didn't work properly. Staff was really insisting on checkout, received 2-3 calls to remind me to check out on time.. need to review checkout procedure.

Perfect. The only thing that could be improved would be the entertainment during dinner

Our stay at the Centara Grand hotel was disappointing due to unprofessional staff service and malfunctioning room amenities throughout our five-day visit. Our room was about a five-minute walk from the lobby. On our third night, after returning from shopping, both our room keys stopped working. We walked back to the lobby to inform the receptionist, who called a maintenance worker to address the issue. The worker discovered that the door scanner's battery was dead and assured us he could fix it within 30 minutes. However, after waiting for approximately 40 minutes, the worker still had not returned. As a result, we missed our 7 pm dinner reservation in Patong Beach due to the delay. Not wanting to waste any more time, we headed out to dinner and instructed the receptionist to ensure our door was fixed before we returned. Upon our return from dinner, the receptionist informed us that she did not believe our room had been attended to yet, so she called another maintenance worker to check our door scanner. The second worker accompanied us to our room and found that the door had indeed been fixed. The receptionist should have informed us that the issue was already resolved. Additionally, our balcony spa was not working, and we had to call the maintenance team to fix it. Although they managed to repair the spa, we kept receiving calls and visits from maintenance to check if it was working, which was very disruptive while we were trying to rest. Furthermore, the room electrical system was playing up on our fourth day stay with the power cutting out frequently over a 2 hour period which was very frustrating whilst trying to rest.. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience at a resort that claims to be a 5-star establishment.

This is a family and kids friendly hotel. So many activities for all family members. The pools are huge and suit family with kids. The hotel location is close to Karon night market and eatery but still not convenient to walk. I rented a car so no problem for me. The bed is fine but not so comfy. It has the cracky noise when your partner changes the posture. The pillow is a quite flat so I had to ask for a harder pillow. Breakfast got variety of choices including vegetarian and western food. Overall it was a pleasant stay as I really enjoyed the pool time and private beach.

Foods taste were terrible.TV and air conditioner needed to be repaired. Very uncomfortable and less valuable for large amount of budget paid, I think.

The hotel is nice. Good location and the staff are friendly.. It is good to stay here. There are so many activities that you can do. Breakfast is so good..

great family vacation spot if you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of patong beach but still near enough for a day trip to patong by taxis or tuk-tuk. Karon beach has its own shopping and restaurants belt area albeit smaller scale. It has its own private beach but can’t swim in the waters due to hazardous conditions.

The hotel is wonderful for families with kids - many pools, several restaurants and water slide. Bath on the balcony is a treasure! The downside was that if u want to go out to the downtown you have to take a taxi, nothing around.

I have mixed feelings with this hotel. The resort itself is great, especially the pools, lazy river, water slides, jumping cliff. The beach is very nice too. But this was our second stay here and the check-in was always a headache! On both occasions we booked an ocean view room (for which we paid more money) and we were told that “unfortunately there were no more ocean view rooms” which in the end turned out to be a lie!. It took us one hour of complaining and asking to see the manager to get the room we’ve booked. And they pushed us into agreeing to take a mound smelling dark room with a parking lot view! I have no idea why they ruin the whole experience from the beginning putting you through this ordeal.

We always book here when we go to phuket, just book early for cheaper price and you wont regret it.
