There are not many places to eat. Hotel environment: The environment is beautiful, just like a tropical hotel. But the overall size is not big, probably because it is a member hotel. A large swimming pool, a children's swimming pool. A restaurant, a children's area, 3-4 buildings. Room hygiene: I personally have high requirements for room hygiene, but I am not picky. I am quite satisfied. There are no dead corners for hygiene. Except for a small animal that occasionally runs out, but I think it is normal in the tropics. Wi-Fi is also OK. Hotel equipment: The room is fully equipped with pots, pans, and household appliances, but there are no chopsticks and spoons. It is very clean and easy to use, including the washing machine and dryer, which is very practical. Staff service: Most of them are very good, but after all, it is a foreign country, and the beliefs are different. There are also some employees with cold faces or fake smiles. At most, I will have a cold face. 100% enthusiasm, I don’t think any hotel has it. Overall I would give it a 4.7, the service is warm, the facilities are complete, and it is very good to bring children to the hotel. But next time I might choose a hotel in the south.

Clean and tidy with great service. This was an unforgettable and happy experience. We left things at the hotel and the hotel found them for us. I have to praise their excellent management and the whole communication process was very comfortable. If I go to Phuket next time, I will choose this hotel again.
