Nice pool

a short visit here and hotel did offer great value for money. breakfast is included in this room rate, the staff is lovely. only the sunbed all broken, need to be careful as it may cause some accidents. Better change it if it is broken. Hotel is full of chinese tourist too, breakfast shall be crowded. For the price i think it is worth the money and experiences.

Good stay. It’s very quiet, with a nice swimming pool. It’s new and clean. Many restaurants around by feet. Close to central Phuket and Andamanda waterpark. Breakfast could be better.

I travelled over the Christmas and new year holiday with 2 of my friends. And we really enjoyed our stay at Areca. We stayed at this hotel for 8 days. It was super clean and the staff of very friendly and accommodating. The area is about a 15 minute drive away from Patong depending on the traffic. The establishment does not have a kitchen so it doesn’t serve breakfast, but there’s a coffee shop next to the premises that serves really good and affordable breakfast. I think the gym area needs some attention but it for the job done for what I needed to do on that day. I would recommend Areca if you’re looking for an affordable stay not too far from the hustle and bustle.

Hotel is newer and good, closed to Tiger kingdom and continence. The sound insulation effect of the wall is not very good.

They were busy with repairs but it didn't take away from the good service and helpful staff.

Service was bad. Staffs are lazy, on the phone even we are standing in front of counter still continues without look at us and pretending to touch on check in document. I loss my room card and back hotel at 10 pm, trying to tell if I loss there is a charge for it without helping to give the temp card. Hotel room is very noisy.

The best hotel in Phuket and staff so friendly and helpful

The room is large and there is a swimming pool. It is good as a temporary hotel for a red-eye flight to store luggage and give the children a nap. But the nearest convenience store is a bit far away. There are many tour groups in the hotel, and the restaurants nearby are cheap and good.

The hotel environment is good. There is a swimming pool downstairs. The lobby is grand and the service staff are very friendly. However, the facilities are a bit old and the hot water kettle is broken, which is a bit of a fly in the ointment.

Great hotel, 2 kilometers from Central Phuket Town. The environment is quiet and comfortable. We borrowed motorcycles to travel around the island. It takes 10 minutes by motorcycle to leave Frog Night Market, 35 minutes to Rawai Beach, and 35 minutes to Patong.
