Very close to the old town,fast check in,people in the reception were very friendly. Room was huge with nice view (we had a room in the 10th floor). WiFi and air condition worked great! Great hotel! Such good value for money. Staff were super friendly and helpful and cared for us. Room was massive and clean with shampoo/shower gel, coffee/tea and good AC. Great views from the room. Laundry facilities for 30baht and free tea and coffee in the lobby. Great location. We didn't use the pool as we were busy during the day, but I'd say it's a bit dated but not an issue as we're in the middle of a city. The coffee club next door was a treat. Highly recommend, great price!

The hotel building is old, the location of the hotel is close to the Old Town, the service is good and friendly

Our stay at the hotel for a few days was good. The location of the hotel is very close to the old town. There was a little problem but the girl at the front desk didn't even help us. She doesn't seem to care.

I stayed for three nights in total, and I will objectively evaluate the hotel. Location: The hotel is less than ten minutes' walk from Phuket Old Street. Although it is far away from the downtown, it is not very far away, which I am quite satisfied with. Environment: It is relatively old, a bit like a domestic guesthouse, but the room is very large, with two single beds, and it is very spacious for two adults and one child. There is a large window with a particularly good view, which I like very much. There seems to be a swimming pool on the sixth floor of the hotel, but I have never been there, and I have never seen anyone go there. The hotel is very close to Phuket Old Street, ** Island, and Qiaoqiu Elephant Camp. Service: Check in and check out are very fast, and it is done in ten minutes. There is no need to pay an additional deposit when you arrive at the hotel. The front desk uncle is also very enthusiastic and can speak basic English. The hotel can also store luggage. I stayed for three nights, and the room was not cleaned. Two bottles of water and two bags of coffee were given every day, as well as toilet paper. Because I don’t like to bother others, if small problems are acceptable, I will solve them by myself if I can. The point of complaint is that the hotel shower water is too cold. I don't know if it was caused by the heavy rain a while ago. After staying for three days, it was almost like taking a cold shower. This is absolutely amazing. There is a very good breakfast shop on the left when you go out of the hotel. The coffee and breakfast are good. It opens at 9 am. I recommend checking in. In summary, the hotel is not expensive, the location is good, and the hotel facilities are not high. It is recommended for those who pursue cost-effectiveness.
