Wyndham Royal Lee Phuket Reviews

Our stay was very short as we just needed a place close to the airport but we were not disappointed. The hotel is very close to the airport, and they have a free shuttle that run within specific times. They also have a free shuttle to the beach and shuttles to get you around the property.

A really awesome location. Only a few km's away from the airport. Also, if you walk across the road, try this amazing Thai bbq place.

Hotel is good for a night stay if you want to stay near the airport. The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. It was a good night stay after a late flight into Phuket.

Gym and swimming pool was great. Almost empty

Very nice place, Cosy and clean. We just booked it for 1 night, very friendly staff at reception , checked in immediately, there is a shuttle bus to bring you to your building. 4 min from the airport. Thank you;)

It was a very high-quality hotel, just like our home. but the attendant who took us to the room was watching a social media video and this reduced the quality of the hotel for me

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the Wyndham Royal Lee. The property was fairly new and the rooms were spacious. However, this is not a hotel, it's a condominium project that allows owners to participate in a revenue sharing program (i.e. so the property functions as a hotel). Don't expect a big lobby, room service etc. The biggest problem with the property is the lack of access. For example, you cannot locate the property on Grab and entering the hotel requires using a side entrance rather than the main entrance (currently under construction). In addition, since the property does not have on-site restaurants and the convenient store is lacking, your only dining options are to walk 15 minutes to the side entrance to access the streets or order using grab, but expect to provide a lot of information on how to get the property. Hopefully these will all be resolved in a timely manner. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

Nice big rooms, nice pool, no facilities to buy food or drinks to actually enjoy the pool for the day. Has an onsite shop that was closed the 3 times I tried to visit. The location really spoils it also, its a pretty long walk to find shops of any sort and the beach is at least a 20 minute walk.

It’s really difficult to find the reception from the main entrance At 9 am breakfast was cold and Alonso’s nothing available but the staff was kind enough to make us scrambled eggs on request.. This hotel is good if you will just come here to sleep and not do much inside !

It was good hotel near airport, affordable...

The hotel was clean and well located. The staff was friendly and helpful. The biggest issue was that the wifi is not accessible in the rooms, only the lobby. This makes it really difficult to check in with family and complete work.

Clean, modern room. Nice pool and gym. A quiet place currently. Clearly plans to make it a major resort. Location is near the beach - pick up a bike from the front desk (no charge) and 5 mins to shops and the bustling seaside area. Great for my one night stay before a flight.
