The hotel js in a great location close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Inside it is quiet and clean. The lady who owns it is very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Great location 2 minutes from the Beach ,backs onto a street full of bars and restaurants very comfortable with air conditioning and a mini fridge.staff really helpful and comfortable all round.
Can purchase early morning coffee from reception, would definitely stay again for this bargain price mini hotel. We stayed top floor and had no issues using the stairs.

Clean with no frills. Quiet location walkable to many points of interest in Patong. 2 minutes from the beach. This is a walk up, no elevator. Will come back again.
