Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service. Very easy to check in. Highly recommended!!!

People there were friendly, room was cleaned every day. Reasonably close to Patong beach, but to walk takes maybe 30-40 minutes depending on foot speed. Wish they had towels i could rent to take to beach but was good value for money  if you're not worried about having a beautiful view, or you're gonna be out of your room a lot, this place is good value.

Not bad but so many little bug 🐛 🪲 in the bed and window. this so not good service

Place is not bad for 2-3 nights. Street traffic downstairs is loudy. Tired room, but all is working. 15 minutes walk to beach.

Good location and good rooms, very friendly staff. Great value for the price.

Ok but for me that's not really easy to find it. Plus you have to deposit 500 THB.

The actual room was good especially for the price, about a 10/15 minute walk from bangla but did wake up with a lot of bites so possibly had bed bugs

Been a regular at this quaint little hotel. Staffs are friendly even down to their cleaning ladies. Huge rooms for the price. Everything within reach (7/11 & Family Mart across the road, restaurants, massage, pharmacy, money changer everything is near) For those complaining it being far from walking street and beach there's loads of tuk tuk, motorbike taxi or even rent a scooter from them.

If you are booking this hotel through different sites, dont trust the photos, rooms look different. it is cleaned daily, but backyard there is like a canal and smells so bed. I could not open a window to refresh my room.    Outside of this, stuff was nice, housekeeping very attentive. Just dont get confused, before you enter the hotel reception, there is a shop on the ground floor. You will need 15 min to Patong beach, location is ok, far from the city's noise.

So ein dreckiges und absurdes Hotel habe ich noch nie gesehen. ber all schimmel staub, Spinnweben und ecklige Ger ü che. Neben dran ist eine Abwasser Kl ä ranlage die so bestialisch stinkt. Auf andere Seite die Hauptstra e mit lauten Verkehr. Wir haben dort drei Zimmern gebucht. Alle drei waren katastrophal. Alles andere nur dieses nicht. Aber seht selbst die Bilder. Neben an gibt es 100 andere Hotels die um einiges besser sind. I have never seen such a dirty and absurd hotel. About all mold dust, cobwebs and disgusting smells. Next to it is a wastewater treatment plant that stinks so bestially. On the other side the main street with loud traffic. We have booked 3 Roms and all Roms was katastrophal. But see the pictures for yourself. In addition to there are 100 other hotels that are a lot better I have never seen such a dirty and absurd hotel. Covered with all moldy dust, spider webs and disgusting smells. Next to it is a sewage treatment plant with such a bad smell. On the other side, the main street is busy with traffic. Except for this. But please look at the picture yourself. There are 100 better hotels besides.
