Located in the old town so very good for touring around the old town at night

Great stay at WOO. Superb location and loved the historical elements throughout the hotel, which was a family’s dedicated restoration project. Recommended for a stay in Old Phuket.

Above average place in old town for sure. Very subtly cozy with unique design and the staff are all incredibly friendly.

I didn't add breakfast, but the reviews were so good that I added breakfast! I really enjoyed the porridge :) What taste comes to mind? It was worth the extra money. And I went about an hour earlier than the check-in time, but they did it. I was worried because it was hot, but I was glad! It's in the middle of the old town, so it's easy to walk around, but it can be a little noisy. I'm having fun!

There is a large air conditioner directly above the bed. The wind is blowing. The sound insulation of the hotel is average, but the price/performance ratio is good. The location is located in the center of Phuket Town. Surrounding business district, convenient transportation.

The room is very average, in the old house. The location is very good, surrounded by the most lively neighborhood, just next to An'an.

Very beautiful and clean, the service staff is very kind! Make time to visit their museum! The hotel is very well maintained, you should take more pictures with costumes!

The lights in the corridor are not covered, and the bed is directly facing it, which affects sleep

Excellent location right in the heart of where you want to be and walking distance to where you want to go. An hour by taxi from the airport. Very small hotel, beautifully and tastefully restored, with probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Make sure you allow plenty of time during your stay to explore all the rooms and see all the amazing artefacts and historical items. You pre-order the cooked element of your breakfast the evening before so it can be cooked freshly for you and enjoyed in the beautiful dining area. Some mornings, we were the only guests at breakfast so had the place to ourselves. The street right outside the front door closes on Sunday afternoon/ evening and is part of the Chartered Walking Street market with stall after stall of amazing freshly cooked foods and local delicacies. There is a lift which is very small but that probably goes with this being such an old and historic building. Would I stay here again? Yes, definitely.

Great location in middle of Phuket Town. Large room with comfy king bed, crisp sheets, great AirCon. We had a room with street view. Some street noise during the week, but not too bad. Can always ask for back facing room. Very nice breakfast with fluffiest omelet I’ve ever had. Good value. Very friendly staff.

My stay at Woo Gallery was just superb in every way. You will not believe the rich and unique decor, helpful & welcoming staff, incredible service, and perfect location of this hotel. You are also given access to their fascinating, connected house museum with historically furnished rooms and fabulous treasures to admire, as the cherry on top. There is so much to enjoy at this hotel, from the delightful breakfast cafe and green spaces to the gorgeous garden area on the roof. My room was as comfortable and stylish as could be. I stayed here 6 nights, and with so much within walking distance to explore, I would have been happy to stay even longer! If I ever get to return to Phuket Town, I am most definitely staying here again.
