Excellent location! Right in the center of Patong and all the night life! Less than a 5 min walk to the famous Bangla Road. Very clean room! Can be a bit loud from surrounding bars but nothing that isn’t manageable if you are trying to sleep.

Very average experience here - accidentally booked the wrong day, was happy to pay for another night but the staff didn't even let me have the free breakfast for the night that I paid but didn't stay. There were 0 men under 60yo (besides me). Gym poorly equipped. Bar not even open. Room up 3 flights of stairs in seperate building with no lifts. Room old and rundown, brown stuff all over the shower nozzle. Definately worth staying somewhere nicer and just enjoying the *** clubs in Patong here. Also did not appreciate being gawked at by staff out the front everytime I walked past.

Booked the room enthusiastically because the location is alright and it was pretty cost efficient however the room I booked was not the room given to me… no elevator and narrow stairs… dunno how you’re supposed to navigate that with a massive suitcase. Floor is cold and dirty, facilities are old, owners nice and the staff are nice but rooms are… dubious. Didn’t feel safe.

The hotel is quite old, the service is very good and it is convenient to travel.

Don’t step on the trap (except for special P which is good) Next to the noisy and narrow *** bar street, there was a lot of noise, and the boss didn't keep his word! There are too many restrictions, only two adults, no children, etc. Don't step into the trap! I changed to another hotel that night. Ctrip’s service was very good👍Like it

We spent the night in this hotel. What can I say? The renovation is already old, the beds have also outlived their usefulness, it is located close to all the action in Patong, but the entrance is through the market. Did this bother us? No . There is a place to park the bike. Friendly and pleasant staff, clean room, quiet.

The location is very good. It's right in the paradise of the lgbt area next to Patong Beach. It's very close to Patong Walking Street and other places. You can use the hotel's sauna for free and unlimited times when you stay. The hotel provides a free breakfast, and the attitude of the front desk is also good. But the downside is...the sanitation is really bad...a lot of scum in the bathtub...the room, including the small table, bay window, etc., is full of dust...it's hard to describe...

Is Ctrip really going to go bankrupt? They posted these **hotels for sale without review. The price is expensive. It turns out to be a hotel. It is a **** garbage. There is not even a bath towel. It is on the same street. There is no breakfast. Fortunately, I only booked one day. Fortunately, I often travel. If I were a newcomer, I would spend more than 600 yuan for the first time and stay for five days. I can find this seller. Ctrip is also a garbage now. It does not review. Is that it! Sigh......It is impossible to take the video and photos. I don’t have the time. I am a real person! I said so much just to prevent others from being deceived and regretting. The same big data pushes you the garbage products with the highest profit of the distributor. Good hotels are not short of resources. That’s it. I vent a little. Fortunately, I often go to Phuket, Thailand. I was not sure and booked one night. I am glad!

It's been a couple of months since I was there (sep 6-9). I have to admit I was hesitant to book here, but now am glad I did. Yes this place isn't a 5 star luxury resort, but I I definitely will be back. It's clean and comfortable, I don't know about anyone else but when I travel I don't live in my room. I only really had dealings with two of the staff who were amazing and very helpful. I'm terrible with remembering names so if I get them wrong please forgive me, big shout out to Chart and Pig. I did utilize the spa on one afternoon, not many others there but that was fine, I got to enjoy the hot tub, and wet sauna to relax. This was my first trip to Thailand so I just did a few days in different cities to see as much as I could. When I go back, which I hope will be soon, I will definitely be staying here again.

The place is falling apart badly maintained expensive. And very few people still going there. Visited the place over the years and every time it worse than the previous time. Now the bar is not even open downstairs swimming pool closed up. Guy at reception not welcoming at all. Not worth going there time Patong get another sauna. If the sauna is so disgusting and dirty I can only imagine how bad is the guest house. The open street bar section is open but not busy or friendly either. Walked past there many times and saw no people there. It is just not worth spending your time and money there.

You will always find reviews where people rate a hotel badly as it didn’t meet their expectations, this hotel is moderately priced and had a variety to suit all budgets - so if you want basic get a basic room, if you want lavish - get a suite! I stayed here for nearly 2 weeks in 2 different types of rooms. One was basic room only big superior - which for sleeping in and having the occasional bed day is great. Water pressure and bed were comfortable. AC worked good and it was clean. 2 water bottles daily. You could hear the music from Zag at 10.30pm each night which didn’t bother me at all- it simply reminded me that I had to go have a beer :-) The next room I stayed in was the Michelangelo suite- which was a step up - more spacious and some more updated decorations. I couldn’t hear the music as much in this room. It is also included in sauna, breakfast for this one. Rooms were as advertised and I was satisfied with what I paid for what I received - altogether rooms were clean and worth what I paid. Now onto the bar downstairs - great place to meet people as I’m not a sauna person - I had many great evenings of conversation with people from all over the place - prices reasonable - Mai works hard behind this bar and is always smiling- please tip them! Chart and Paul work hard to being all of these services together and it’s great to see that after covid they have been able to keep the dream alive and hold onto a venue that provides good quality where you see many places closed shop for good. The staff are very good with recommending things too so I leveraged off their advice. Massage across from the main entry is great too and a hairdresser across from blue dolphin massage is great too! Breakfast was awesome! As I was having dental soft food was a must and the team were very accommodating. Location is the best of this place - Otop is about 15 minutes walk and that’s strolling, Bangla is 5 minutes, beach is 10 but 5 if you go down beside the Tiger restaurant shortcut. I have to recommend this place as a place I will stay at again if I come back to Thailand/Phuket. Yes the indoor pool is closed, but in a city where the beach is a stroll away and outside- I would say it was not the best part of this hotel. The rooftop spa is a good quick spot to get wet if you need it anyway. Thanks to the Aquarius team for my stay I had a wonderful time at Aquarius - if you are looking to book this hotel and see a negative review - it would be because they were being unreasonable as there is always 2 sides to every story. This was mine - I will leave it there - book it - you will enjoy yourself - whether you want a chilled break or a busy one - this place offers all of it. Thanks again team !
