This hotel is perfect for families. They have 2 bedroom apartment type rooms, and the amenities are great, and there's more than enough activities on the property to do, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The beach is just a boat ride away, and the hotel has a paid shuttle to Patong and Central shopping mall, which makes traveling very convenient.

Rooms are big and special. The colorful colour tone made us feel relaxing in the resort. Highly recommend for families to stay.

Hotel nice and clean. Full equipped in the spacious room. There are swimming pool, shuttle boat, play room for kid and relaxing places. Shuttle boat can access to the beach.

Very comfortable and welcoming stay by the hotel staff with great smiles. Room was clean and comfortable, with strong air conditioning. We could borrow beach/pool towel to bring to their private beach and pool. Pool water is changed in the money and clean. Only thing to improve, in my opinion, would be the breakfast being alfresco, it invited a lot of flies and birds flying in/out, and utensils were not the cleanest. Hygiene of breakfast could be better due to this / try to add better food cover-ups.

Hotel's room is spacious with duplex. Boat transfer to Bang Tao beach is convenient.

Comfort and peaceful, nice place to stay. The swimming pool just a bit small but it has the beautiful beach with a little boat can reach.

Nice place, good poolside area and large breakfast options. Reception was friendly, perhaps a little biased to Russian guests with some receptionists.
Felt price was a little high for the service and products. I thought charging for an extra blanket was a bit of a poor touch after it cost 41,000 baht to stay for 6 nights.
Lovely lakeside cafe over the road from hotel.

All the sports class was cancelled due to heavy rain. However, the hotel fails to provide clear information on the cancellation.
Different hotel staff provided different answers and no choice for other suggestion/offer.

Honestly didn’t like it , the layout is strange. Although hotel is big and the pool looks all right I even didn’t go there, room is a bit strange although the bed and pillows are really really comfortable!! Nearby the sea walking distance 10 min or they can make free transfer to the beach!
Too many ppl in general cuz hotel is huge , but I didn’t really like the style too colourful too eclectic, but it’s my personal opinion! Breakfast choices are big, loved the most breakfast Thai noodles soup -amazing!!!!

Cons :
1 bedroom suites have very tight bedroom and bathroom, the living room is good size.
Breakfast food needs major improvement. Also, bacon is not laid out, you need to request for it although you can see mountain of it sitting on the grill
Housekeeping is once every 2 days which is fine but the hotel should be proactive to replenish basic water and instant coffee. It's only upon request which is really tiresome
