The hotel is in a very convenient location between Karon and Kata beaches 👍 The staff is friendly 👍 You won't go hungry at breakfast, there's not much choice, but you can eat your fill 😅 You can smoke on the 1st floor outside and on the 6th floor where the pool with gazebos is 😅 The rooms were cleaned every day 😉 I would come back to this hotel 🤩 We already miss Phuket 🥲

The room smelled terribly of mold, and the windows could not be opened because they were locked. So much so that it was impossible to fall asleep.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, the cleaning was poor compared to other hotels. We stayed for three days and moved to another hotel.
The staff was slow, but friendly.

Hotel receptionost had promptly changed to different room for locked Air conditioner with different language other than english and impossible to control temperature. On request we were able to keep bags at the lobby after check out.

I liked the hotel. It is located between two beaches Karon and Kata (Karon is closer). The rooms in the hotel are quite fresh, clean - cleaning every day. The roof offers a good view of both beaches, the pool is clean. Breakfasts are delicious, the choice is not very big, but we ate our fill. Of the minuses: periodically the hotel smelled of sewage, but there was no smell in the room.
