KK Karon Kata Boutique Hotel Reviews

A nice hotel in walking distance to Kata and Karon beaches. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Nice rooftop pool. Comfy bed. AC is good. Room is cosy. Although we could have used a balcony or at least a window to be opened in order to drying clothes. Breakfast was basic, but coffee was good. They offer airport transfer in case you can’t call a grab. All in all we recommend to stay at this hotel and might come back.

Hotel receptionost had promptly changed to different room for locked Air conditioner with different language other than english and impossible to control temperature. On request we were able to keep bags at the lobby after check out.

Our least favorite (and most expensive) hotelstay during our one month trip. Cleaning is sub-par, bathroom had little bugs/flies running over the floor and sink throughout the week likely from the sewage. Also the floor was not vacuumed during our 1 week stay. Saving the 1-star terrible rating as it could have been worse, but definitely bad or “poor”. Location for this hotel is terrible, yes it is close to the beach but at a price. This hotel has 0 soundproofing, you hear everything on the main road till early in the morning. (To make sure you always here something the hotel has their own speakers with music attached directly to the walls nicely resonating into the room). Also the area is ONLY russians, any person who came to see a bit of Thailand i higlly advise not to go to this area. Let’s call the location “poor” because of this is what you look for you find it here. Service at the reception was medium, not bad but also not exceptional. At the rooftop bar it was worse, when asking to clean some mess left behind by others at a table we would like to sit we were told to clean ourselves. Let’s assume it was miscommunication but seemed otherwise. Amenities are average, nothing special, breakfast is small but okay. Except nothing special. For the price just not worth it, had more service for less at another hotel nearby.

The hotel was perfect for what we were looking for: clean, new, location. It is absolutely clean and well furnished. It has a swimming pool (not that big) on the rooftop which offer nice view at morning and for sunset. The location is really perfect, is it perfectly between Karon and Kata beach so you can walk to both. Karon beach is the nearest and the best for sunset (only a few minutes walking away). It's also near Kata restaurant and markets.

Nice hotel

The hotel made a great impression! We were checked in earlier than expected, the staff was very friendly and helpful, always with a positive attitude. The room had all the necessary amenities, and as a pleasant bonus, beach towels, an umbrella, slippers and a dryer were provided. The room was cleaned daily, which is great. The hotel was quiet, you could hardly hear your neighbors. The only thing was that the soundproofing in the hallway was a little weak, but this did not cause any particular inconvenience, since the guests were mainly married couples. Our room overlooked the road, so the noise of cars and motorcycles was audible, but this did not bother us. However, it is worth noting that loud music was coming from the neighboring Blue Sky bar, especially from Russian-speaking tourists. Therefore, I recommend choosing rooms with windows facing the other side. The breakfasts were very filling and varied. The excellent location of the hotel allowed us to easily get to all the places we were interested in. We thank the staff for a wonderful stay! We wish the hotel prosperity!

The hotel is in a very convenient location between Karon and Kata beaches 👍 The staff is friendly 👍 You won't go hungry at breakfast, there's not much choice, but you can eat your fill 😅 You can smoke on the 1st floor outside and on the 6th floor where the pool with gazebos is 😅 The rooms were cleaned every day 😉 I would come back to this hotel 🤩 We already miss Phuket 🥲

The hotel is between 2 beaches, Kata is the coolest beach, food and other perks are nearby, the pool on the roof is also awesome, in short, for the money it's 5 and 5. Probably only a balcony and space for drying clothes are missing.

A very good hotel. On the day we left, we had vomiting and diarrhea because we ate pickled food the day before, which prevented us from checking out before 12 o'clock, so we had to delay. However, on October 3, a large number of tourists checked in. The hotel could not extend the stay, but kept us free of charge until after 2 pm to check out. No extra fees were charged. I could see that they were in a hurry when they cleaned up later. I'm sorry and thank you very much. Personally, their room type is very good, the environment is very good, the service is also very good, and there is a swimming pool on the roof. Although smoking is not allowed indoors, there are ashtrays on the first floor and the roof. Go out of the hotel and keep walking to the right, there are many delicious foods. There is also Kata Beach. There is also a fruit shop. There is also a money exchange machine. To the left, there are massage shops, snack shops, and Thai bosses who love to sing Chinese songs. Hahahaha. The breakfast is also very rich, with many options. I really recommend this hotel.

I liked the hotel. It is located between two beaches Karon and Kata (Karon is closer). The rooms in the hotel are quite fresh, clean - cleaning every day. The roof offers a good view of both beaches, the pool is clean. Breakfasts are delicious, the choice is not very big, but we ate our fill. Of the minuses: periodically the hotel smelled of sewage, but there was no smell in the room.

The front desk service attitude of the hotel was good. Although they were not familiar with Chinese and English, they took the initiative to use translation software to communicate with me. The details of check-in were very detailed. The hotel environment was clean and tidy, and the cost performance was high. The only problem was that the network signal in the room was relatively weak, but it did not affect my overall praise for the hotel. I stayed for 4 consecutive nights, and the waiter cleaned the room and changed the bath towels every day. It is very convenient to play and eat around the hotel.
