Not a bad choice but a lot can be improved. I asked for an early check in but the staff said “no” with a reason “fully booked” but I saw only a handful of guests. They put a few sheets of tissue in the box (too stingy?) and when they ran out, we asked for replacement but had to wait for the next day. We didn’t try the pool, so no comment. The room was ok but the wi-fi was terrible- it kept logging out and very very slow.

The aircon leaked water during midnight of my stay. The technician came next day and fixed it. In the morning and night, The door of other rooms was slammed loudly by abusive guests and heard loud noises. The bed frame quality is not that good.

Very good hotel! Only one inconvenience that internet connection is not stable.

Poor service, poor character, poor front desk service 0 for the hotel please don’t come to stay here

Location, rooms are good. But furniture, towel etc old. Pool is good but close very early.

This hotel has great location and it’s really close to night market with walking distance plus there’s a parking space

We traveled as a big family and have multiple bookings during Songkran. And two of our rooms got downgraded without informing us. I realized on the last day of our stay and then I went up to the front desk to ask for the reason and they said the deluxe room was full so they moved us to superior room, which is smaller without compensate the differences of the amount we paid. I asked them to pay back the difference amount, the staff said they need to wait for the manager first and they asked for my phone number and would contact me back. And it’s been almost two months I still not received any calls from them. This is unethical, how could you do this without informing the guests and not even take a proper response. I would not stay here again. ช่วงสงกรานต์ไปพักที่นี่กับครอบครัวจองไปหลายห้องมากๆ แล้วคืนสุดท้ายก็มารู้ว่าสองห้องถูกลดระดับไปกลายเป็นห้องที่เล็กกว่าโดยไม่บอกอะไรไม่แจ้งอะไรเลย พอไปถามที่รีเซฟชั่น เค้าก็บอกว่าลดขนาดห้องเพราะว่าห้องใหญ่เต็มไปหมด แต่งงมากทำไมไม่แจ้งเลย แล้วรับจองทำไมทั้งทั้งที่เต็มแล้ว แล้วเราก็ถามว่าส่วนต่างเท่าไหร่งั้นจ่ายให้ได้ไหม เค้าก็ขอเบอร์โทรเราไว้บอกว่าเดี๋ยวต้องถามเมเนเจอร์ก่อนแล้วโทรกลับ แต่ผ่านไปจะสองเดือนแล้ว ยังไม่มีสักสายมาจากโรงแรมวาปาแห่งนี้ค่ะ เราเสียความรู้สึกมากคุณไม่รับผิดชอบจนถึงที่สุดเลยคุณนึกอยากจะลดขนาดห้องคุณก็ลดโดยไม่บอกอะไรบอกจะติดต่อมาเรื่องคืนเงินแต่นี่ไม่ติดต่ออะไรมาเลยคือถ้าคืนไม่ได้อย่างน้อยก็โทรมาหน่อยก็ได้ บริการที่ไม่จริงใจเท่าไหร่เลย ไม่อยากไปพักอีกแล้ว ขอบคุณสำหรับประสบการณ์

Great sized room with a reasonable price! Good location next to the old town of Phuket. Had no issues with the hotel except the breakfast could be a little better. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay at VAPA!

It was nice. The staffs are friendly. They should have assisted us on bringing our luggages to the room though.

Should have picked this hotel for my entire stay in Phuket Town, but found it right before leaving. Extremely close to Sunday night market and old town landmarks. Lots of live entertainment and clubs in an upscale walking distance. Try " Little Phuket Restaurant" right down the street for indoor/AC with good food that's reasonably priced!

Exceptional 5-day stay at Vapa Hotel! Despite being a bit far from Patong beach and no washing machine, the hotel's superb service and amenities more than made up for the distance . The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, cleaning my room diligently every day. I highly recommend Vapa Hotel and would gladly award them a stellar 4.5-star rating for their outstanding service and attention to detail."

Phuket needs to drop the weird taxi thing and get back to taxis that run meters. I'm sorry but if I need a taxi to take me 5 minutes away to the bus station and the front desk says 'well it's a fixed price and it's going to cost 300 Baht'... What fucking good is that to me? Oh she offered to call a car with Bolt. Is that normal? a hotel front desk using Bolt to get a taxi for the guest. in the end i stood outside and raised my arm and a random car stopped and took me there for 100 baht. phuket is supposed to be a big tourist center. so drop the mafia-run taxi monopoly ******** and act like it. apart from that, a great hotel.

I mistakenly booked for extra days and just after booking I requested to refund for the day I mistakenly booked but they refused and the hotel toilets were very bad, shower gel or shampoo bottles were broken, refrigerator wasn’t working, I ordered double bed but they gave single beds , the service was poor too , they don’t understand English very well, it’s a very old hotel with bad outdated amenities

Breakfast was a total disappointment and not edible. Don’t ever book this hotel’s breakfast. Door to aircon ledge cannot be locked and anyone can break in or a child could open it and fall off.
