The room is small but comfortable. The price is right. It's a little far from the beach. The sanitation is OK. But Patong, which is on the street, is really noisy at night. If you need quiet, this is not suitable.

The location is good, about 2 kilometers away from Patong Beach, Patong Bar Street, Patong Night Market, Simon** Show, and Banzan Seafood Market. There is a 711 at the door, making purchasing convenient.

Overall clean but old and dirty in places. The pool is on the first floor and you can go to the shade even on hot days, so ◯.

The location of the hotel is very good, opposite the MALIN night market, where you can find everything to eat and drink. The Internet said there was a smell of sewerage at the door, but we didn't smell it this time. The room is dimly lit but has good natural light. The only drawback is that the air conditioner is a bit loud

The room is large and spacious, there is not enough light, but this is common in most hotels. The room was cleaned efficiently, my white socks, which I wore around the room, remained white for all 3 days. The hotel has a small gym and swimming pool. The pool is clean, depth 1.40 and there is a plant for children. During your stay, the restaurant was under renovation, so every day you need to order breakfast, which is brought to your room. There are 3 types to choose from: American (you can have eggs cooked the way you want, sausage, bacon, salad, buns and bread), Chinese (rice with chicken or pork) and Thai (fried rice with chicken or pork or egg), drinks at optional and a plate of fruit. Nearby there is Malina Plaza, where you can have an inexpensive and tasty lunch.

Very central hotel in patong. Supermarket and food market right outside the door. Good service and good rooms.

Comfortable stay, easy travel, good rooms, good pool

Stayed here in end of May/early June 2024. Location - just nice, towards the end of busy main road in Patong. Malin Plaza, a fantastic eatery is just the opposite. 5-7 mins walk to the beach. But honestly, it is quite a walk to anywhere if you want to have that “Patong” experience. Room - I got the ground floor room. Great, but little did I know that my room is facing a dead end wall. That resulted to a dull and dark room. Plus, the lighting itself didn’t help. The bed urgh it was so hard! I had trouble sleeping for all 5 nights! It says a KING bed when actually it was 2 twin beds be put together. You could feel the middle line when you are on the bed. I was like whaaat. Cleanliness - this one is perfect. Daily housekeeping. But the bathroom had this strange sewage smell from time to time. So that’s a bit turn off. Lastly, please prepare THB 1,000 for deposit CASH. Cards are not accepted. I mean, why?

After a frightening experience on my first night in Patong, I wanted to move to another area where I felt safer, but the Manager dismissed my experience, made patronizing comments, and wouldn't refund for the extra nights. No concern for safety of female guests.
