Private room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary water provided every day. Busy and social hostel with events organised for certain nights of the week. Close to shops, restaurants and Patong beach.

I don't recommend any Chinese tourists to stay in this hotel.
The facilities and sanitation are very poor. The room is so small that you can't imagine it for more than 600 a night. Then you are guided to spend money to upgrade the room. The cost of upgrading to more than 800 or nearly 900 is close to the roadside and the swimming pool is very noisy. Spending money to upgrade the room does not provide equal service, but gives you a worse room.
When you report problems to the hotel, they always look arrogant or pretend not to understand. It is impossible to check out, whether you have 5 days or 3 days left. They just say that they have an agreement with Ctrip and cannot check out, no matter what problems they have.
There are many foreigners in this hotel. I found that they leave the good rooms for European and American foreigners, and the rooms for Chinese tourists are close to the road and swimming pool. If you don't complain, they will not give you a quiet room.
In addition, I remind Chinese tourists that this hotel has almost no security facilities. Someone knocks on the door one by one at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night. Feel it for yourself!
