Great service. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast also has a wide variety of food choices and is very tasty. Our group of 8 people stayed for 6 nights and loved the hotel.

Overall - It is a great stay if you plan to stay close by in the area. Great - The beach is great and quiet all day. You can have a stretch of 50-75 meters all to yourself. The suites are large. They are also stocked laundry appliances and a full kitchen. Good - Turtle Village plaza is right next to the hotel. It has a 7-11 and few restaurants. Don't expect to do much shopping here but for the essentials. The hotel provides buggies to the beach and surrounding area. It was nice to visit the Turtle Foundation on J W Marriot's grounds. That resort is full of butterfly lizards which was fun for my kids to see. The swimming pool is small for a resort this size. This could be because many of the rooms have private pools here. Bad - This area is far from much of the Phuket things to do on the island. A trip to most areas will cost between 500 to 1200 baht by Bolt. Plan to stay in the area often. It is easy to get bit by mosquitoes outside at some parts of the day. No problem at all in rooms. Room Tips - Try to get a high floor with fan if you like to use the balcony. The resort is full of vegetation and is quite buggy outdoors.

Huge room comfortable for family or big group. They have maikhao beach, restaurants, and convenience store at stone throw distance. A good gateway from the hectic city life.

Service is exceptional my family truly enjoy the stay

Very nice property but they charged me for the breakfast of my 6 years old kid. Very limited options for food and recreation nearby. We were only allowed to use beach of the Ananatara but not the pools and other facilities. However service is great and very receptive. Big shout out to Sandy and Poly( at Talad). 7-11 is a good place to find quick halal food. I wish the nearby area would have more dining and entertainment options. If you have your own transportation you can enjoy & explore this area more.

Everything is okay with us. Nice services and food... A bit far from Mai Khao Beach but if you rent a car.. It's the best place to enjoy trip. A lot of restaurants and cvs and something you need is walking around.

I can say that this is my best visit in Phuket hotel. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for take a vacation with friend, couple and family. It was very safe and good to visit.

Had a wonderful stay at Avani. Room: spacious, clean and comfortable. Has a washer & dryer which was a big plus. Spa tub was lovely for warm baths Location: chose this location because we wanted more of a quiet and relaxing holiday away from the busy tourist spots Service: very professional and helpful. We were treated so well and all staff were friendly Amenities: good food in the hotel and around the area; pool was nice, can use bikes to ride around; if you have children, they provide lots of fun activities Overall a wonderful stay!!

Really amazing hotel if you’re a family who wants a bit of luxury and family friendly! I was travelling with my two daughters alone, and was perfect spot for us. The staff are so friendly, the pool is gorgeous and having places to eat so near by is great, also not having to travel so far from airport is useful when having little kids. My only tips for hotel would be to include child friendly cups (and plates, bowls etc) in room. Also a brush to sweep floors would be good, as the floor shows sand and dirt very obviously! Apart from thay everything was perfect!!!

Accommodation was very comfortable and well provided with drinking water, toiletries, washer/dryer and clean. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. On my last day was unwell and they helped to buy medication from nearby pharmacy. Ensured I was comfortable till I recovered well enough to fly back 👍

Older establishment with very unsanitary restrooms. The same with most 5 stars hotels in Thailand. I stayed at Hyatt and Hilton as well and it’s the same. Very disappointed.
