The hotel itself is nice, but unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and when someone finally showed up, they barely spoke English and seemed completely confused about their duties. It was clear that the staff was not trained or willing to provide proper service. During our stay, no one showed up to clean the room, and it felt like the staff wasn’t even willing to assist. Overall, the staff was uncooperative and unavailable, making what could have been a pleasant stay quite frustrating. This hotel has potential, but the lack of attention to service really brought down the experience.

Stay was too short lovely people, good location close to beach

A cozy hotel, we booked without an overnight stay before leaving for the airport. The room has everything you need, the beach is about 10 minutes walk away. A short stay is a great option.

Nice hotel with home atmosphere not far from the airport and beach. Bed linen and towels smell delicious, clean. Furniture is a bit "tired", but it is not critical for me. There is a hairdryer, there are horses and with a remote control. Quiet, calm.

The hotel is normal, but tired. And so all is well. The beach is nearby, there is a shop. Compliments come in the morning, coffee with goodies.

The staff is rarely at the front desk, so I couldn't find them and had to keep calling. When we got to the hotel, they first asked us...what are you doing?!! So...reserved a hotel. 😒 The fan turned on but didn't turn around for customers, the air conditioner didn't turn on, and I sat hot and waited for him to find the hotel's Line. Everything was good, but I had to fix the service a little bit.

Near the airport, near Nai Yang Beach Suitable for staying and waiting for an early morning flight. There is a seven-eleven entrance. Next to it is 7-Eleven. Personally, I don't like the smell here because the air isn't ventilated much. The room, if not much else, is considered adequate for sleeping. There is damage and old equipment in some of the room. But I can accept it without any problems. Overall, I think it's more suitable for staying and waiting for a flight than for a long rest.

Nice hotel near the airport. I rented it for 1 day so that I could go to the airport without any problems in the morning. I asked to be woken up at 6 am and transferred to the airport. Transfer 100 baht. All liked it

Owner very helpful in picking us up at the airport but the following morning we didn't find anyone at the reception to ask for a spoon and when we found the cleaning girl and asked her, she wasn't kind at all.
