May House Karon Beach Reviews

Extended my stay one more day . May house is 15mins walk to beach. If you want to visit old Phuket town, just cross the road and wave the public bus, 40 Baht per trip. Within 5 mins walk you will reach supercheap or mini big C. You can buy alot of snacks or daily from there. If you need some local food, can order from may house, after cook they will bring up to your room. Super super convenience.

Room is nice, clean with balcony, we stayed 3 days with well sleep, thank you!

Water, tea, coffee are provided daily. The water pressure in the bathroom is fine. Staff is friendly. Within walking distance of Karon beach, there are 7-Eleven, Lotus's, restaurants and evening market around. Wi-Fi works fine from the room. Although the furniture is a bit old, everything was ok.

This place is just like normal place not so much athmosphere so much but good stuff. far from most places but clean. There are some good food places near by. Pharmacy and massage shops next to also there is lotus super market and 7/11.

Hotel is small, the rooms are cozy, there is much light in the room, the staff is very helpful and always ready to help. I made an order in the online store while I was on the beach, the courier arrived, I asked him to come later. but when I returned, my package was waiting for me. The staff paid for it! for which many thanks to them! because I traveled with a child, then I was not so fast

Amazing!! The lady who runs it was so lovely, she knew it was my birthday from my passport and went above and beyond to make me feel special so thank you! The rooms where amazing, such good value! One of our favourite places we stayed during our month in Thailand!

We took a hotel for 3 days, everything you need is there, there is an exchange office nearby, BigC, bike rental, but then we rented a car for 500 baht per day through a VKontakte group, washing machines are a 3-minute walk away for 30 baht, very convenient, there is also a night market nearby.

Wonderful hotel! I regretted that I had stayed for several days in another, more expensive hotel; I still couldn’t decide to move here. I was afraid that the low price might be a catch 😅 But in vain! For the money, the hotel is simply amazing! Located on Patak Road, near Karon Temple. Before arrival, I was worried that the road might be noisy. But in fact it turned out to be ok, despite the fact that my room was only on the 2nd floor and the windows overlooked the Big C parking lot. I rented the most budget room. And not a hundred for this, this option still turned out to be better than the previous deluxe in another hotel, twice as expensive. The room is very spacious, there is a bed, a fairly large sofa, a large wardrobe, a large cabinet with a bunch of drawers, bedside tables, a table and two comfortable chairs, plus a balcony table and chairs. And the balcony itself, by the way, is quite large. There is a large mirror in both the room and the bathroom. The refrigerator is small, but this is common even for more expensive hotels. Good air conditioning. Personally, the mattress was very comfortable for me, as were the pillows. Upon check-in they take a deposit of 500 baht for the key, it was returned without any problems, even without checking the room. Every day they bring a large bag with paper, napkins, 2 waters, a tea and coffee set, and soap accessories. It seemed to me that they brought me even more than I needed 😅 Over all the years of living and traveling around Thailand, I am really very surprised at the price-quality ratio in this hotel. I definitely recommend it with all my heart.

I liked everything, good location. Cleaned every day. The kettle didn't work, they replaced it almost immediately. The only unlucky thing for us was that they were doing renovations in the restaurant downstairs and every day we had to think about where to have breakfast and eat in general. Near the beach and shops.

The room is large and clean with a balcony, bathroom, windows, and complete surrounding facilities. Very cost-effective!
