Overall great experience! The villas are very new and clean. Our butler was very thoughtful and efficient. The staff were very nice and friendly. We will definitely visit again.

The service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. The hotel butler service is actually monitoring the guests, taking photos and videos to find faults 24 hours a day (without prior knowledge or notification). It is the worst experience!
Except for the service, everything else is perfect. But I will never choose it again in my lifetime.

I saw the pictures of the room before booking the hotel. When I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door. First, there was a sunken covered courtyard and an infinity pool. Entering the room was even more surprising. There were four large rooms: living room, bedroom, bathroom, and cloakroom. Each room was very large!
