Adjust the temperature as specified by the hotel, but it's still not cool. After falling asleep for an hour, I woke up and adjusted the air conditioning again. You can turn on the fan at full power, but it's cool enough to sleep on. But without a blanket. Then I slept and woke up all night because my back was hot. 2. No elevator, not suitable for families with elderly people. Or people who have a lot of bags Or you have to reserve a pool access room on the first floor. 3. The room is reasonably clean. But there are still pieces of hair and threads on the floor. The drinking glasses are not clean. There are stains on the edge of the glass. 4. Reserved a room with 2 beds and got a single bed room. The employee informed that in their booking system it did not show that the request was for 2 beds. We showed in our app that it was clearly stated. We can understand this. that it's the system But customer care should be better than this. Tell us to cancel in the app. Which can't be cancelled, right? If there are zero stars, I would like to give zero stars... The location is so far away that I can't describe it... I didn't find it when I passed by the door! The room is equivalent to no air conditioning! Turn on the switch, only the wind does not cool, and there are many mosquitoes but dare not open the windows... because the country is unified without screens! The front desk annoyed me so much that they gave me an electric fan... There is no toothbrush, and the room doesn't even have a phone to the front desk. If you go to the front desk to report anything, the front desk ignores it and says that you can ride a hotel bicycle if you need anything else. Go shopping at 711! I will never stay in this hotel again... What a pit!
