Pros:
- 10 minutes walk to the beach
- the room has robes, slippers, a beach bag, beach towels
- the air conditioner is not above the bed, but to the side
- a fairly large room
- there is a bike rental at a standard price
Cons:
- mosquitoes! A huge number, it is unclear where they come from, probably through the ventilation. The products do not help much.

I liked the hotel, it's a 7-minute walk to the beach along the lake, there's a 7/11 and a Papaya minimarket nearby. It's also not far to the restaurants, 15-20 minutes.
The room itself isn't super new, but it's very nice, a huge comfortable bed, a large bathroom, the air conditioning is well located, you can leave it overnight.

Overall, a rather pleasant hotel despite a few drawbacks. The air conditioning did not work in our room and the restaurant was very expensive.
On the other hand, we enjoyed the pool and the beach.

This is a very bad hotel. First, the location is bad, mainly because of the inconvenient transportation. Fortunately, we rode a motorcycle. If we didn't have a means of transportation, the taxi fare would probably be higher than the room rate! It's more than 10 kilometers to Phuket Town and more than 10 kilometers to Patong Night Market. Of course, if you are just looking for a hotel for a leisure vacation, eating, sleeping, and playing in the sea, then there is nothing wrong with staying in this hotel. Second, when I checked in, there was no full-time staff at the front desk to check in. I waited for about 10 minutes before someone came to check in. Third, the hotel's bedding was washed by the hotel itself and was not disinfected. Moreover, the bed linen in the room I stayed in was not changed and there was hair on it. I could have given this hotel three stars, but I don't want to give it one because of the hair on the bed! The hotel has a swimming pool, but it is close to the roadside and restaurants.
