Great Location, modern furniture, modern swimming pool, very nice style

This hotel is lovely, the staff are so nice, the multiple pools are fantastic and the rooms are spacious and clean. The air conditioning wasn’t working in my room on arrival so they moved me to a new room. This is the perfect hotel for families, groups and couples. I do not recommend it for solo travellers as it is too isolated from other places and it’s more expensive to travel from via taxi as its location (which is lovely) is remote and quiet.

The room is comfortable overall, with a balcony and a shower with a strong water flow, which is particularly good. I describe it as a crazy shower, haha. The hygiene and cleaning are in place and clean. I think the breakfast category is not rich, and I hope it can be improved. Another thing is that the front desk staff is not very enthusiastic, and there are not many Chinese people. I didn't feel any discrimination, maybe compared with the previous hotel with Chinese courtesy. The front desk of the previous hotel was so enthusiastic that we kept tipping. There was no impulse to tip this time, but we were willing to tip the staff who accompanied us to the room and helped us to get to the room. They knew some Chinese. No one else we met knew Chinese. Since your hotel is now planning to do Chinese business, it is recommended to increase Chinese services. I saw in the previous comments that there is a free car to the beach, but we need to pay when we inquired at the front desk. It is convenient to use Grab to take a taxi. It costs 300 baht to take a tuk-tuk from Patong Night Market. For the room, swimming pool, and environment, I am willing to stay again, but I am not willing to stay again for the service. If you like a lively family trip, it is not recommended. If you like a quiet vacation, you can recommend staying with good English.

Super hotel. Everything is very clean and cozy. It’s a pity there is no store nearby, but the well-known delivery helped everyone out. There is a small kitchen with everything you need

We booked three nights, but after we stayed one night, So I checked out early😓 The room was very big and had a musty smell. The front desk staff was very nice and offered to change our room. It still smells very bad after changing rooms Even the pillows were smelly, so the hotel staff changed them for us again We ended up going to Big C and bought 2 pillows and deodorant spray to take back to the room. Feeling a little better, we went to bed. In the middle of the night, there were a lot of strange sounds, The sound of water and the gurgling of the wash basin We didn't sleep at all Also, there is not enough hot water in the bathroom We took a shower that was half cold and half warm The overall experience is very uncomfortable If you have a supernatural physique, I would not recommend it even more. you will feel very uncomfortable But the staff are very nice👌🏻

Very satisfied. It is only 3km away from Padang, but the service staff is very good. The hotel is also very clean. The service is very good!! Although they communicate in English, they are very patient.

It was a very comfortable and satisfying stay.

We stayed for 3 nights and took another day off~~^^ All the staff are friendly It was nice to be able to create a different atmosphere around the 4 pools~~^^

This resort is amazing! It’s got 3 pools and three food is so delicious. The staff goes above and beyond to help and serve. David the General Manager is awesome! Pai & Pan and their team took care of us and our group for 2 weeks and made everything such a smooth process. Everyone was so happy and grateful to the resort and they did!! It was our first time to Phuket and this is a great location also. Close to Merlin beach too! And just a few minutes from Patong beach. We would love to go back!

We stay at building no. 4. Nice Studio with kitchen and big bathroom. Good aircondition, flat TV. Swimming pool very good and clean by the staff every day. Blue Mango restoran with very good food. Staff very good. We give 5stars to Pla. We will come back next year.

Had a wonderfull time. The staff was incredible, they go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Pam at reception was amazing and so helpful. El cleaned our room and did a excellent job. I will for sure recommend this place. The room, food, excursions, transport punctuality, friendliness and helpfulness was incredible. What a wonderful experience.
