Absolutely inadequate hotel. booked through *********** and instead of the amount shown in baht they charged GBP(have no ideas why...) and get extra 4% fee for this. When I asked them about it they just cancelled reservation. Anyway I lost money on conversions(GBP＜-＞USD) and for compensation they offered me to contact absolutely unnamed service that they use. I guess if guests of this hotel have problems with water or electricity they just give them utility sercervices number.
