Everything would be fine, but the terrible smell of sewage is almost constant (we had a room on the 1st floor)

The hotel is located near Kata Beach (we walked, it was comfortable), also close to the night market, very convenient. There are many massage parlors, souvenir shops, and currency exchange offices nearby. There is a supermarket, a fruit market behind the hotel, about 7-10 minutes to the bus stop (there is a bus to Old Town Phuket every half hour).
The room is small, clean, 2 pillows for each, there is a kettle, tea/coffee, clothes dryer, safe, umbrella, hair dryer, soap. Every day they put 2 bottles of water and changed towels.
The air conditioner worked well, but it was humid in the room, we tried not to open the windows, things took a long time to dry.
There is linoleum on the floor, if you bring sand, it gets dragged around the room very quickly.
We did not hear noise from other rooms.
The reception staff is excellent, they help, plus they answer emails on all issues. You can leave a deposit in dollars, then the same bill will be returned.
There is a swimming pool, restaurant and fitness room, but we did not use them.
Considering the price (it was quite cheap compared to other hotels) we were satisfied with everything, especially the location.

We had a rest in February 2025. We liked the hotel, it was clean, cozy, 15 minutes walk to the beaches of Kata and Karon, the only downside was that we were placed on the 3rd floor (without an elevator), there was an elderly grandmother with us, it was hard to get up.

The hotel either consists of different buildings, or someone from private individuals rents out rooms, because on the official website of the hotel itself, family rooms are of a completely different type. But everything suited us. When choosing a room, it is important for me that the children are in another room, which the hotel has coped with! The room is spacious, bright, with 2 balconies, a shower-toilet combined, but it did not bother. Cleanliness: upon arrival, everything was cleaned up, the towels were clean, but old. Oh, Turkey spoiled us with its towels 😁
Location: nearby cafes, massage parlors, a night market, but of course you can eat during the day.
Amenities in the hotel: the pool is good, the children did not need the sea, give them a pool. Breakfasts are delicious, varied, we did not go hungry. For our 4 nights - excellent.
Service: on the 2nd day they made the bed, added bottles of water for each person. There was no cleaning, but I wanted it, sand everywhere.
Thank you, they congratulated my son on his birthday with a piece of cake. I asked, reminded, the day after the birthday they did it.
Overall, the hotel is cool, cozy, good.

We were with a child at the boutique hotel
This was the best price-quality offer of everything that was left (booked upon arrival).
The furniture was already worn out, but the towels were clean.
