Good location. Good service.

Ideal location right in front of the sea. Large beautiful rooms with balconies. Lots of storage space. Nice staff! I always stay here if I am on Karon beach!

I booked 2 deluxe rooms with seaview, very disappointed that the rooms offered to me are not the rooms as the photos posted. I paid higher price because of the seaview. Seems this is not the same as mentioned. After long negotiation, nothing could be done. The facilities are nothing. The swimming pool is very small does not like the photos with a wide look. The bath soap just in a tiny bottle, hair conditioner and tooth brushes were not provided. I will not recommend and stay at this hotel next time.

The first hotel I booked when I came to Phuket, I am most satisfied with its location. It is too close to Karon Beach, basically you can reach the beach by crossing the road, and the hotel environment is quite standard. It is proportional to the price. Overall, I feel that it is the kind of environment that does not pay attention to high-end. It is clean and convenient, you don't have to stay in the hotel all day, it is suitable for staying overnight when you come back at night

The room is clean and tidy, and the central air conditioning is quiet and cool. Karon Beach is across the road. There is a 711 next to the hotel The breakfast chicken noodles are OK! The front desk service is very good. (The water and drinks in the refrigerator are charged, and the free water is on the table 😁)

This is a particularly dirty and messy hotel, and it is not friendly to Chinese people. The front desk service is very poor: 1. I booked the room half a month in advance, noted the requirements, checked in at around 15:00 on the day, and arranged the most complete first-floor room at the back. There is a wall in front of the room, and the swimming pool of the next door hotel is on the balcony behind. It is very noisy and has no privacy. 2. The room is very humid, with a layer of water on the wall, and the quilt and pillow are all wet. 3. There is no hot water at 12:00 in the evening, and there is no hot water before 8:00 in the morning. 4: The breakfast is very bad, and the breakfast is the same every day for four days of stay. The waiter will stare at the Chinese people eating, and come to clean up the plates after an hour, even if we are still sitting and chatting. 5: After staying for four nights, I was bitten by red bumps on my body, which is a bit itchy. 6: You have to pay extra for bringing children, both meals and accommodation fees must be paid, they only recognize two people to stay, and the single bed is super small, it feels less than one meter wide.

The hotel room is OK. It is an old-style hotel with a balcony. The linens are a bit old, but the hygiene is OK. There is a swimming pool and Russians. The restaurant is semi-outdoor and there are flies coming to disturb. The service is quite enthusiastic. The location is good, opposite the sea, and the surrounding restaurants are not cheap.

The hotel is opposite Karon Beach. Just walk a little and you will be able to experience the beautiful white sand beach, the sea water and the waves are very bright blue. On the opposite side is a large Naga body. and is revered by local people and believers Very beautiful both during the day and at night. Around the hotel there is a market. Many food shops The hotel atmosphere is very quiet. Because the rooms are quite far away, there is a long walk and there is no parking inside. Carrying a lot of things will be tiring. There is a beautiful swimming pool, good breakfast, food service staff provide good service, the rooms are spacious, the beds are big, soft, the bathroom is wide, there is a bathtub as well. There is a spacious balcony to sit and relax with while reading.

A good hotel for a family stay. The room was on the first floor and other guests passed by us from time to time. Cleaning was always done on time. The air conditioning works well. I will note - there is a night market next to the hotel. And the plus - you don't have to go far, and the minus - the barbecue smells so delicious :) A huge plus - the beach is 1 minute away. A wonderful view of the sea at breakfast. The buffet is delicious. If they cooked such a variety for me at home, it would be wonderful (they have very tasty soups where they cook scrambled eggs).

The receptionist provides good service, there is a welcome drink as well. We got a room in building 2 in the back, a bit of a walk, but it's okay because we got a room with a beautiful view. You can see the sea too. There is complete equipment for use. There is a bathtub to soak in. The breakfast is diverse and delicious. It is considered a hotel that is very worthwhile. Will go again.

A good hotel for the money on the first line. The staff is very friendly. Cleaning was done every day, sometimes completely, sometimes purely lavishly. Water, fresh towels and paper were brought daily, as well as sweeping. They washed the floors and changed the bed every few days. The place is gorgeous, the sunsets are simply cosmic! Right at the entrance there is an exchanger, including rubles transferred to the card! But the breakfasts are terrible, be prepared for that. While we were living, a 7/11 opened nearby and we went there for food. At breakfast we took fruits and vegetables, sometimes soups. The hot food is all very monotonous and not always tasty. But I still recommend the hotel, a very good place in terms of the beach and prices
