I arrived after midnight, they had a number for me to call and the staff was waiting already. Everything was considerate, they had me do the check-in after I woke up the next day. Room is always cleaned everyday. Friendly greetings and helped book a taxi to airport- premier service. Close the beach, night market, massages, was and dry place, restaurant and convenience stores

The price-quality ratio was very justified, especially in the sense that I didn’t buy it in advance and was close to the high season. Good location, close to everything, close to the beach, some of the most inexpensive shakes on the island for 40 baht and coconuts for 25 in a nearby shop. Of the minuses, what I read and earlier in the descriptions was confirmed, they often brought towels with stains, the sheets had small holes, everything was washed, but you can’t call it good bedding and accessories, it’s high time to change them. Also, one of the minuses is the very weak Internet, which is not available everywhere, so inside room 302 I constantly lost the signal. The owner is friendly and the staff too, the room had a balcony overlooking the big Buddha. The neighboring hotel, for example, is located very close to this hotel and there is no view there at all. Overall I was pleased. 👍

When we checked in, the older front desk guy wanted double the deposit that the booking agreement. But the room was perfectly clean and nice for the price. We had a shower drain problem and asked for it to be fixed. We reminded him the next day, but as it was a Sunday, the front desk guy said that it would be Monday before fixing it because of the weekend. So Monday morning we gently reminded him again about the drain. And he got unreasonably angry at me for, "complaining every day!" He went on and on in an angry voice. So I asked him to come see the drain. He angrily came into the room, stood at the bathroom door, and refused to look. Then he went down to my wife, who was waiting at the scooter parking, and yelled at her twice because I complained. We had given him a cheery good morning every day, and his outburst was a shock. It ruined the stay. And really, I was happy and friendly each of the three times I mentioned the drain. So his anger and unreasonableness were completely unprovoked. He never apologized for his behavior. The hotel should fire him, as the other staff were perfectly nice, and it would have otherwise been a good stay.
