incredible dealings with the customer. At first we were "moved" to a better room for free and after the first shower we had a swimming pool in the bathroom (there was no waste), so we moved with all things at midnight. In 2 days we wanted to extend the accommodation for another 2 nights and the receptionist told us about 1x more expensive price per night without breakfast. Upon arrival, they told us at the reception that we did not have breakfast, but fortunately we had a voucher where everything was written. So extending your room at the front desk with the assumption that they will give you the best price as they will not pay the fees of the company through which you book it was wrong. So we made a reservation via trip.com like last time. We told the receptionist that we had extended 2 nights with breakfast and she broke in English that they had given us a better room before and this is not what we booked, so we have to move again !!! The hotel is empty and doesn't care where we stay, but she really forced us to move to the next room on the other side of the building. I'd rather leave now. Strange stink in the room, the maids don't let you sleep, they knock on you every 5 minutes and they don't speak English. And the bathroom where they moved us? There are a lot of hotels in Thailand that are much cheaper and accommodation, the arrangement is up to standard and everyone is nice and smiling .... So consider the trip to this hotel, especially the driveway is so steep that we had to do something to ride it on a scooter.

I love the tranquility that exists here... good breakfast at the hotel next door. Beautiful pool and gym with lack of service. Very good stay

A hotel with a beautiful and cozy area. Secluded and calm. Wonderful swimming pool among greenery. Friendly administrators, excellent service. There is a shuttle to the beach and back 6 times a day. You can have breakfast at a nearby hotel for 220 baht. In the evening, a mini restaurant at the hotel opens, a varied menu and an adequate price tag. Overall the hotel is wonderful, but there is one very strong drawback: the location of the hotel is on a very steep slope. Even going down to the 7/11 store is a whole adventure. And during the day if you go out and come back you are not there, it is too tiring. Spent 6 nights here. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room is very good, spacious, cool air conditioner, complete with kitchen utensils and dishes. Very good service staff, clean rooms, quiet, way up the hill. will come to use the service again

On the hill, beautiful view overlooking the sea. The way up is quite steep. Far from the beach, there is a shuttle bus 3 times, the air conditioner is cool, clean, the room soundproofing is not good. There is no shop but can order 7-11

Good hotel, I liked everything. Especially the price per room (if you book through a hotel aggregator at a special price) :)) Excellent cleaning every day, very good Wi-Fi signal level throughout. Delicious breakfast buffet for 250 baht. I recommend!
