Navatara Phuket Resort Reviews

The hotel is beautiful with traditional thai vibe. We had a bathtub in our room. The staff if helpful, the doorman helped us drag our heavy suitcases upstairs to our room. Upon checking out they also provided transportation to our next hotel located nearby. We stayed two nights. However, we booked the wrong date (October instead of September) at first and also the trip.com didn’t help us with cancellation and refund, but the hotel staff solved this situation. They modified the booking date, so we saved our money. Generally we had a pleasant stay. But it’s better to book the room with the hotel directly via whatsapp or a phone call.

This is a great hotel with great value. This is in Rawai, which is the most Southern part of Phuket. Rawai is great, and not so busy like Patong etc. with small beaches and a street with many restaurants and markets. There is a public bus to/from the airport for 100 Thai Baht, or a Bolt or Grab will cost about 700 Baht. Hotel offers a shuttle daily to the surroundings like the beaches and seafood market etc. They also have a great swimming pool and restaurant on site. 7/11 Shop is next door for other necessities. We really enjoyed our weeks stay at Navatara. The hotel is beautiful and very well kept and the staff are really friendly and very helpful -Thank you! The breakfast was slightly limited in options but what we had was delicious. It is a smaller and more intimate hotel about 15 minute walk to the main ***** although the hotels free shuttle was always available to give us a lift down. They also picked us up in the evening, or if we were staying out later, we used the grab app for a taxi. The spa treatments at the hotel have not been available since covid. We had a few issues with the electrics in our room tripping out a few times, but the staff were really helpful in getting this fixed. Overall, a really enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend to a friend.

All hotel facilities, both indoor and outdoor, are in a great condition. The room is very spacious and cozy, clean and tidy. The bathroom has a tub with good water pressure and hot water (those living in Thailand for a long time will appreciate). The location is convenient. Nice restaurants, both beach front or across the road, are just within 5-min walk. The breakfast offered quite a decent buffet variety plus some dishes could be chosen from the menu. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Loved the place!

Nice little Resort with a huge pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. The owner of the hotel is present. He personally took care of an issue I had. Everyone very professional and the food at Tara Restaurant is great! Thank you for your hospitality!

If you want a quiet place in Phuket, and with a real friendly staff? I would like to recommend this facility. (We were lucky with the other guests, the day that we left a full loud Chinese family got in, so we escaped that.) The pool is lovely. The breakfast is fine. Dont expect greatness then you are fine. The room we had was spacious, with a good quality mattress. We had requested separate beds. House keeping did a good job. And if you want to see more, go and hire a scooter through the hotel. Good prices by a wonderful hardworking woman who has good new scooters. We had a good time travelling. Be careful with the police. We also did our laundry on walking distance, to the right of Todds supermarket. There are 3 ladies working hard from their garden whose washing powder fragrance my wife loves. Just an extra tip..

Navatara hotel’s swimming pool, free shuttle car (to beaches, market) smart tv, (Netflix, YouTube) is good, customers can hire free bicycles, in 100 baht they can use hotels transport, I remember welcome drink, free chocolate and free souvenirs when I check out.

The rooms are big and the staff are very friendly. The pool was great, and the hotel did also offer free shuttle to two nearby beaches. Overall a perfect hotel to spend some days and relax in Phuket.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed with them. Staffs are friendly, rooms are clean, Will definitely stayed here again when I am back!

Very nice stay! It's a good hotel with a spacious rooms and balcony facing swimming pool. Big comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The hotel's design itself is very stylish, especially breakfast restaurant. Though we didnt buy breakfast in hotel but went to the Avo cafe located right next door, which serves amazing breakfasts and all the food is great! The beach is 15 min walking along the lake. I liked the location very much, because it was quite and not so many tourists there. The beach is beautiful, but we didnt have a chance to swim there due to huge waves and red flag.
