Arrived to find Dirty room. No hot water in room available had to change rooms. Second room was workable but not good. I do not recommend the establishment to others.

Great Location ! Great Value .one block away from business street(bars. restaurants). pretty quiet .very clean. the host is very hospitable .you can book a lot of activities through him with great discount.
Highly recommend !

This place is nice to you who traveling alone pr as a backpacker, the place is not bad . Clean , and everyday they clean your room.
Comfortable place to stay long time .. i extend my staying here because i like it. The location is strategic, many restaurants , spa , 7eleven . So eazy to get everything. And closes by the beach 10min walking . And near food market. Perfect place if you want something comfortable with affordable price. Just don’t expect it will be like 5stars hotel. But i recommend you to stay here

We came here for 2 days on the weekend. The boss was very nice and helped us upgrade our room for free. For the first time in Phuket, I still recommend Patong, which has more complete facilities. You can ask the boss directly about food and entertainment. We were also very lucky that it didn't rain for two days! !
