location is very central but you don’t hear any noises from bangla road at night.  Staff is very friendly and rooms are clean and modern.  This was my second stay there and i would do it all over again

They ruined our honeymoon. Dirty hotel, unfriendly staff and very old rooms. When I told them that my room was dirty, they came in and said its our hotels colors. Its just disguisting, stay away from it.

Toilet got stain a bit but service is very good. Pool is big and nice. Breakfast have variety choices. I would give 5 out of 5 if the toilet a bit cleaner. Overall is 4 out of 5.

The Paton heritage hotel in Phuket in Phuket Thailand was very nice hotel. The breakfast was outstanding. Superb and amazing. However, the rooms were very dusty. The pillows had mold on them and the swimming pool was closed when I went there. The hotel seems to be undergoing a renovation. The lobby is very spacious and so are the rooms. I do recommend this hotel once it's completed. It's renovations will be an amazing place.

That hotel is really awesome, and the receptionist and room service are all so friendly and impeccable. Couples or families with friends can stay at that hotel, which is highly recommended because everything is nearby and within walking distance. You can get everything you want there in Patong. Last but not least, their daily breakfast menu is really awesome.

This hotel is definitely a 3 star hotel. Needs upgrading. Breakfast was fine. Beds were old, I didn't sleep so well. It is convenieny located however and the staff are very helpful.

Large room, great breakfast buffet, one of the best In Patong beach area, quiet, great pool and staff. Nice Lobby, we will book this place in the future.

Pros: Good breakfast, good value, the staff during breakfast are 5 stars Cons: reception lady not friendly, room not clean properly, the pillow is v v old and not comfortable, room wise not 4 star for sure.

Location was perfect. Service was ok. The breakfast was fabulous. And most importantly, the nearby market was so good. I loved it.

One of the worse accommodations I ever try, especially with that ****** desk manager! With that ****** sound anything you ask just answer like robot! Ok Sir, yes Sir. Ough. Had a plan to stay with friends and family for 20 days. But just stay couple of days because of couldn’t cancel this shitty hotel. Never ever try there! Very old buildings, crazy staff (especially desk manager) and all dirty even beds!
