Kudo Hotel & Beach Club - Adults Only

I definitely don't recommend it and I'll explain why: We rented a hotel in October for a couple of days for 8 thousand baht per day. When we registered for the trip, a room with a sea view (with a pool) was indicated. I'm attaching a photo of the view. At first, they wanted to put us on the first floor, there was no view at all and a walk-through yard because it was the territory of the beach club. We were lucky to find a room on the second. The room smelled damp. The shower works with different pressures and from time to time every ten seconds it changes from cold to boiling water, it is very difficult to wash. The breakfasts are completely useless. The Wi-Fi practically does not work. The slippers that are disposable, just washed from previous guests. The advantages are the beach a step away and the sun loungers of the beach club are free and the staff is good. Bottom line: the price of such a hotel is a maximum of 3000 baht and even then I would think carefully.

First of all, we arrived at 1 noon that day. We knew that the correct check-in time was 15:00, but we wanted to put down our luggage first and politely asked if we could check in now. Then we got the response that it would be ok in 30 minutes, and then we asked again 30 minutes later. I politely asked if I could check in, and the response was that it was still a little short of time, and the floor needed to be mopped. Finally, at 50 o'clock, they told us that the room had this and that problem. At 14 o'clock, they told us that there was a problem with the light bulb and needed to be repaired. Well, if We were told in advance at 13:00 that it would not be that soon so we could go out for a walk first. Then at 6:00 p.m. we returned to the hotel and finally got the room. The floor in the room was as wet as if we were back in the south. The whole room smelled musty, and we spent a lot of time in the shower. The water spray was hot and cold and I was helpless. Then I went to ask the front desk about the room. The waiter at the front desk was not very polite and his English was terrible. In the end, I ignored the small matter and said it was okay. The noise is not as serious as said online. At least the volume after closing the door at night is acceptable to us. Moreover, the hotel is right on Patong Bay. We saw a beautiful sunset at dusk. The hotel's breakfast is all a la carte and tastes great. very good

The room was like a fast hotel, with a five-star price, because its location is very good, and there is a high-end bar downstairs. This bar can be open to the public, and there is no need to live inside. Spending five-star prices, the room of a fast hotel, the room is not clean at all, Just when I was about to post photos, I found that I didn’t take any photos at all, so I was so angry, this room is not worth taking pictures at all. Those who don’t believe it can take a closer look at other photos, it’s not even a fast hotel. The service attitude is very poor, and there are many hidden expenses, extra expenses, and a lot of prices were charged without our consent. Haha, I made a reservation for a couple of friends. As soon as they checked in, they wanted to check out and said that apart from the big room, other facilities were poor and noisy, so I must give a negative review. 😅

Even though it's an expensive hotel, the beds around the pool cost 5,000 to 8,000 baht. There is no special feeling at all as it is used by people who are not staying at the hotel! There was no point in staying at this hotel When going from the room to the restaurant or the pool, there was a staff member standing there with a rope, so I had to explain everything. Free beds must be reserved and located far from the pool I couldn't eat my breakfast slowly because of the pigeons and flies. Even though it's an expensive hotel, they didn't even give me extra towels. However, it was an expensive hotel with poor service. It's a convenient hotel for going shopping.

The scenery is very good, but the daily swimming pool party on the first floor of the hotel is very noisy, so it is not suitable for tourists. There is a bar on the first floor that leads directly to the beach, as well as a leaf shop. They are all open to non-residents, so it is a bit chaotic.

This is really not a five-star hotel. I don’t know how it got the five-star rating. Its environmental service facilities are all above three-star standards. Only the location and scenery are particularly good, and everything else is average.
