Travelodge Phuket Town Reviews

This is our 5th time at Travel Lodge ! This was good stay, Staff are friendly and full of information! and we can’t wait to come back again Tops: hotel is close to Central Festival Mall and not far from Phuket town which is so practical!

Paper-thin wall. You can literally hear everything your next door neighbor says. Also everything the cleaner/housekeeper says when they are cleaning the corridor. No hair dryer and no Hair towel. Only large towels are provided. Check-in and check out process took a long time even though there was no queque. The reception took her time and was distracted by this and that instead of finishing one task at a time. I was kept standing and waiting. Swimming pool has a bar, but everytime I went there is no staff.

The food is very good,room so nice, pool and gym small but nice ...all good ,only location far from beach.

It was my second stay. Upon check-in staffs at reception said there is a problem with water pipe it must take time for a day to fix. So they transferred us to another hotel where is pretty far from the center and convenience stores. For their apology, they gave us complimentary, free shuttle service from here to another hotel and to Central Foresta according to schedule add on free shuttle service from here to Rassada Pier In short, service was so good I just want hotel to improve about the problem that happened it shouldn’t happened again!!

New hotel in old town Phuket. Consistent

This was a good a hotel for a solo traveler like myself. Some of the pros incl it’s cleanliness, breakfast, friendly & helpful staff, walking distance to Central Phuket mall or you can take the hotel’s shuttle, 7-11 supermarket, pharmacy, currency exchange place, massage parlor, restaurants & street food vendors, pool, gym in the 1st floor of the hotel, hotel restaurant (11am-10:30pm). The only “con” for is that it’s location is very far from most of the exciting activities offered in Phuket, so I had to pay extra for pickups based on the various tours I booked.

The hotel is average, absolutely ordinary, clean and tidy. The cost is lower than the average in Phuket ($ 30 per night), so for that kind of money it's just super, but the breakfasts are tasteless

The hotel me and my girlfriend stayed at was located very near a 711, largest mall in phuket and a few night markets. It is about a 40 mins away from the airport and about 30 mins away from the beaches. We didnt interact much with the staff but when we arrived, they were very friendly helping us check in. They served us a very tasty drink. During breakfast, they would clear away our finished dishes very quickly. The room we got was the standard room on the first floor with a king size bed. It was nice and quiet. The room was very spacious and clean. The television did not offer much variety, they were dubbed in thai and only had thai subtitles. The toilet was pretty normal. They did not have much toiletries compared to other hotels ive stayed at but i did not need them so its okay 😄 I had a really time staying at this hotel, would come back and recommend to others.

Excellent location for a short business trip in Phuket town. many facilities within walking distance (few minutes). The room is clean and nice too.

Clean and kindly service. Near by central phuket. Central phuket is big department store.

Very affordable, clean with good facilities and service. Centrally located and next to a mall and plenty of convenience stores.

Everything was great but just a tiny detail that can be improve. Should have more selection of food at the breakfast. Such as Thai traditional food, meats, omelet,etc.

Location good with residents around, safe area and have one more parking area opposite from hotel Price good but towels all looks quite old with dirty colour, if you concern, bring your own is better
