location only was little far 30m to 1 hour to busy area. delivery solve this point.
very clean no insects, beauty is everywhere. helpful staff.
Pool was amazing, don't believe the pics here, in reality more beautiful specially the green garden with pool side.
recommended for honeymoon as quit, also nice for family for the facility.
I will do it again, sure.

We checked in at 13:30, and the service staff said they would take us into the room in 30 minutes. We sat in the lobby and waited (right next to the counter). When the time was up, no one came to take us. When I asked, the counter said it would be 10 minutes later. Minutes later, I entered the room. It was actually not much different from the picture. However, the cleanliness was really bad. The open kitchen was broken. The particles inside came out when I lay down. The single bed in the room started to burn itself as soon as I lay down on it. It couldn't be fixed when moving. The two single beds kept sliding back and forth. There were a lot of mold spots in the bathroom. The quality of shampoo and shower gel was also very poor. The whole mood was very unpleasant. It didn't feel like a vacation at all. I ordered room service in the evening and it was nothing. Not fried...
The most outrageous thing is that the receptionist called the room at 10:30 the next morning and asked me when I wanted to check out. I said 12:00, but he actually said can I trouble you to check out at 11:00 early? I asked Why? He said he wanted to clean. I said, can’t the check-out time be until 12:00? He said okay, then 12:00@@What the hell is this? It costs about 150 US dollars a night, but the environment is not good. The quality of the service staff is so poor. I will never come here again. It’s not worth the money at all. By the way, the breakfast is really bad.

Room is great, with bathtub and pool access. everything is clean. Food is good. Have free shuttle bus to mall for your groceries and in house laundry. Only downside is you can't cook in pool access room, has no stove. But the villa rooms has a stove.
