The hotel new and look very unique, but nothing around hotel, need order taxi to reach to market, and food in hotel was ok, not wow or delicious, steak hard, chicken wings dry and small, breakfast was also ok, and staff don’t understand what we asking, maybe need hire staff with good english. The bathroom was not clean, in the sink area have stinks, and glass of the shower also was dirty, we had room with private swimming pool and in swimming pool had some bags when we checked in

I love Noku's Hill Villa, but I have a lot of mixed feelings about it. Location is secluded on a hill and requires an arduous up-slope hike if you do not have any transportation. It is far from any other shops, nearest convenience store is about 18 mins walk away. They do have free shuttle services to nearby tourist spots, but limited timing. There are minimal facilities within the hotel compound and no place for proper coffee. For a modern contemporary Japanese fusion hotel, it also doesn't have a proper Japanese Restaurant. The Terrace Bar seems under-equipped. The spa within used to be operated by Let's Relax but has been replaced by a much more expensive Noku Spa. I was informed Noku is only 2-3 years old (I stayed in Jun 2024), but the base infra + wear & tear in the room seems to suggest it could be refurbished. Deck is old, has insufficient lighting, and some floorboards has started decomposing; it is a hazard to walk bare-footed. The rattan floormat in front of the bed is a serious slide hazard as it slides very easily. Water in the private pool is actually quite dirty as it is cloudy and becomes extra obvious when pool lights are on. Probably a lack of new and proper filtration system. Bed is very mediocre, several 4 star hotels have better beds. No master light switch at bedside. Limited universal wall socket types and when requested for universal adapters, they do not have any correct ones. Room is large but poorly furnished / decorated and space not well purposed. I actually like the walk-in shower / bathtub concept as it is nice and big, but lacks proper cleaning and maintenance as there's a lot of soap scum and hard-water stains.Marbles sinks are not well maintained as they are very worn out. I don't hate Noku, but if these short-comings could be resolved, I would love it. Otherwise, I would sadly look for another better place for my holiday stay.

Very nice place for relaxing❤️ Beautiful view and swimming pool. Every staff is very friendly and helpful. Really want to come back for the holiday. The only things not too good is too much insect, but really beautiful natural view.

Really nice hotel, in top of the hill. When you rent a scooter is really doable to travel to the markets and town. We had the villa with pool, the hotel is also approachable for taxi’s. Breakfast was nice, the staff was very kind and friendly. We could also leave our luggage there for a couple of days.

Service is good, chill place to stay. Staff are very friendly, 24 hours buggy cars and also provide free shuttle bus to old Phuket town, kata beach, bid Buddha and the Phuket floresta.

Everything was perfect ! Hotel have green so much , friendly staff , rooms clean and new , our room have private pool and cleaning was ok . But they can make it better . Room service need to be 24 hours . When I want to order food late time I see it finishes 22.00 , it’s bad because around hotel don’t have any place to eat and you need to have car - motorcycle if you want to grab some food or order to hotel but it don’t have nice choice around … Breakfast was ok but have little they can make more . And last when we want to use pool in our room night time lightning was very low they need to do something about this .

really great resort in phuket if you’re coming to visit. the location is a little south of the island so you’ll definitely need your own transport there. in terms of amenities, staff and overall stay, we definitely enjoyed it and it was unique. there was a great variety of breakfast selection overlooking the horizon, they had free buggy rides from your room to reception, infinity pool and tea time breaks from 4-5pm daily.

hidden gems- beautiful hotel

Value for money, good place to relax. Free scheduled shuttle buses to major sites. But location very inconvenient. Service was great but can improve on the cleanliness.

Very beautiful hotel by the hill side. Room was very spacious. Compound is surrounded by lush greenery. Service was good by friendly staff members. Buggy on request was prompt as well. Breakfast buffet had medium sized food selections and the food tasted good. Location is a little far off from popular beaches. Not many restaurant options nearby nor convenience stores walking distance. Grab ride is expensive in Phuket, starts at 300 bahts. So plan ahead. Best to rent a car at the airport. Can be done via trip app, prices were decent.

Very price-worthy hotel to stay in! Both the vibes and hospitality of staffs are great. Just one minor suggestion is to increase the frequency of buggy transfer for amenities and guest to lobby , sometimes it takes more than 15mins for waiting. But overall i would recommend to stay here for a perfect relaxing trip!

Nice villa, swimming pool has excellent city view. A bit far from attractions except fishing charters. Good for couple enjoying private holidays.
