Phuket Graceland Resort and Spa Reviews

Great hotel on the Patong beach within walking distance of Bangla road (15 minutes walk). The hotel rooms are very spacious, clean, nice and tidy. Amenities provided by the hotel are good. Breakfast has multiple varieties. The staff is also very helpful and courteous. Would like to stay again.

From the front desk, cleaning staffs and restaurant servers all did their best and made me and my wife feeling comfortable as we spent our wedding anniversary weekend there. Location is very good with beach right in front, many souvenir shops, massage shop, drinking places and restaurants to try. Room is a bit dated but it is big enough and clean for our stay. Breakfast options is good enough, from Thai, Chinese, Indian and Western to eat. Servers there were all helpful and cooks kept replenishing them dishes. Pool were so full most times too, when in the room you can sometimes hear our neighbours if they moan loudly or closes the room doors. Overall it is good place to stay and great for families.

Graceland resort is a beautiful resort and located in a good area close to Patong beach and shopping streets. This is my third time staying in this hotel and definitely wont be the last because i love everything about this Resort. To start with i appreciate their exceptional customer service from the reception, concierge, the baggage team, the cleaners they are all amazing. The team is always willing to listen when you have any concerns and they will do anything to ensure they help or sort any issues you may have. My experience is always great with daily cleaning service n big thank you to Farsai(supa)who made sure our room was clean on daily basis last week and this week. For the above i will always share or recommend to my friends/family to pick Graceland resort always. Thank you Team☺️

Facilities a bit old, the room door couldn't close easily, always beeping (reminding not closed yet). The location is great, easy to go to the beach. The service is fine.

Location is easy access for us and my child like the pool and the kids club at the hotel and good breakfast too Front of patong beach and weather is raining when we going on September 2024 Will come back again !

Staffs and crews were nice and accommodating..

The location is good , but the rest was terrible 🙄🙄. This place is old . What you see in the pictures is what used to be 7 years ago . Right now it’s just a dream. The wall are so thin I could hear everything including people walking around. I barely slept. However if you enjoy the busyness and loud places this is a good hotel for you.

This is a wonderful place

This hotel seems like a resort in the pictures. However, they are very far away from serving 5-star service. Firstly, the facility is very “tired” and has to be renovated. The rooms are damp and it affects your sleeping quality. The breakfast area is too noisy. The pool is dirty because of leaves and I don’t see any people cleaning. To sum up, I don’t recommend you this hotel; only good thing is location is close to beach and night life. However, transportion is not a big concern in Phuket.

The overall quality is good but not much can be said about service since it seemed understaffed by the way the workers seem overwhelmed, and the sound insulation wasn’t particularly well. The massage was a bit overpriced.

Always a nice place to stay with the convenience of its own bowling alley adding to the attraction. A reasonably good breakfast and fair value and quality level for the money.

This is great hotel away from the all the party area, this hotel is ideal for families and couples, breakfast was decent, customer service was amazing, Vicky at the travel desk was very helpful booking us our fantasy show tickets, there are a lot of pool activity everyday. I would stay here again on my next trip.
