It's behind a Turkish restaurant and a massage parlor, so it might be a little hard to find, but it's exactly as shown in the photos and maps, so you shouldn't get lost.
The rooms are about the same as a Japanese business hotel, but it has a pool and a gym, so it's well-equipped. We ate outside, but it seems you can have breakfast on the rooftop, which looks like it has a nice view. It's close to Bangla Road, but you can hardly hear it.
I think it's great that you can stay there at a reasonable price. If I ever come to Patong again, I think this will be one of my choices.

Nice clean hotel, the sea is within walking distance. Convenient location of the hotel. There is a swimming pool and a rooftop restaurant. The gym on the 5th floor is nothing.
If your floor is 4 or 5, then be prepared to hear loud music from the restaurant on the roof until 2 am.

Perfect location, right in the middle of the action. The staff is actually very friendly, but I had to pay 240 THB because I threw a glass in my room, which I found more than inappropriate! The hotel actually has a list of how much you have to pay if you accidentally break something.
Room very small (you can hardly walk) balcony view like in an asylum home. Otherwise everything was fine.

It's a 5-minute walk from Patong Bar Street and a 5-minute walk from the beach, but it's not cost-effective. You can live well two streets away for the same price.
