Very disappointed Leaking ceiling ac very outdated property Breakfast is disappointing Be had to pay for toiletry bag and laundry bag ???? Not worth money paid Location very far from town

rooms are too good as compared to.other hotels I've been to before. but location is not that convenient. all staffs are very good.

The best hotel we have ever been. The services are incredible, from every part. You can’t any default from their quality. Never experience that before. Want to return back very soon. This is the best of the best.

Very private & exclusive with a huge garden and pools for my kid. However, the interior is quite old without any smart facilities. It’s good for family if you are looking for a close-to-nature experience as you can easily find little insects in your room. Hotel service is excellent and you can enjoy family cycling around the hotel area. Overall, laguna is an old area, surrounding places need some upgrades & improvements.

All the staff are nice and trying to help. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Breakfast is good with different varieties of foods including bottless champagne, their Thai tea is excellent, other than the foods from the buffet, you can also pick the foods and drinks from the menu on the table. Buggy is available to bring you around in the hotel. We are surprised to have bike rent for free if you would love to. There’s one area is renovating and won’t be affected, they are managing well. However, flies and mosquitoes are all around in the hotel, we have to put on the repellent. Some electric repellent machines are provided from the hotel too. Golf facilities are also provided in the hotel. Anyway, I would recommend this hotel.

Services are not good. Long wait for buggies. No track records and staff not helpful. For eg we have to wait longer than other people, why? No one can answer

All the staff were very friendly. We were greeted every time we came across anybody with a big smile on their face. We had meals at saffron, the cafe, the watercourt (breakfast buffet), the quality was above average with a 5* hotel's price tag. They offer free buggy for transportation within the hotel and we didn't have to wait too long for it. The room came with a sizable pool at ~1.3m in depth which was pretty decent for swimming, and the pool was clean. However, we did not visit the main pool as it was not that big and was quite busy throughout the day The staff came to clean up the room twice per day and left thoughtful little gifts.

Probably the best resorts we’ve been to in Southeast Asia! The villa was spacious and private, with a big pool facing the lagoon. We tried breakfast buffet, floating breakfast and in-villa BBQ. All good and service was great. Daily cleaning service included pool cleaning as well. Will definitely stay at Banyan Tree again!

The room is great, reasonable price with Trip.com Will definitely book again in coming months

It’s already my 3rd time staying there, and I still love Banyan Tree! All the staffs are friendly and helpful. However the little gifts in the room are not as good as those in the past.
