Overall it's a good hotel for its price. Delicious breakfast, good bar, and swimming pool. A bit too dark in the room, have real lack of lights, and also room cleaning comes in 3-4 PM, which is sometimes inappropriate, as you get used to 12:00

Location is ideal for us because it is slightly away from the crowd, and beach was just opposite. It was about 5 minute drive to the Kata night market. Only issue was there wasn’t a sheltered carpark for us, and it was raining quite a bit when we were there. Breakfast was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Loved staying at this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was great, and it was right next to the beach. Lots and lots of good restaurants in the area. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.

The hotel is not new but we’ll maintained. Cleaning is good. Breakfast is just normal. Location is perfect on the first line by the sea. The pool is really nice and it’s cool to spend the time there.

Was pleasantly suprise was up graded to a deluxe sweet Room over looking pool beach 5 min walk away, friendly staff ,very clean and well kept

Had a delightful stay here,lovely staff!! It's pretty quiet at night and the breakfast is good! Beach is just across the road and plenty of local restaurants and mini marts nearby...I'll definitely will be back again and stay here!!

Spent a week here with a group of friends and the hotel is excellent value for money. Nice pool area, and right next to the beach. We got large rooms with a living room and there was so much space. The food was really good, but a little expensive compared to the restaurants next to the hotel.

Good value hotel in a great location close to all facilities and less than 5 minutes from the beach. Breakfast was ok but limited in Thai food, more based on western tastes. Recommended and Would stay again for the same price

Good value for money, beautiful swimming pools and building architecture. Breakfast was fair and OK. A bit outdated the rooms (with some smell) and some details of the common area but overall I was satisfied

The hotel is in a good location close to the beach, shops, restaurants… The room was spacious, functional and very clean. With the exception of the internet being unreliable, everything was great. I will come back tomorrow.

Rather lovely hotel with clean rooms, good location and good breakfasts for its price. The only minor problem was unstable hot water, but they fixed it.
